We specify that all the restorations starting with the Beams, Stones and Walls, have been treated only with natural and non-toxic products, such as Raw Linseed Oil.

Enjoy a relaxing vacation in this downtown space 700 meters from the Cathedral and 50 meters from the city walls where you can walk surrounded by greenery. The apartment is on the ground floor with an exclusive garden where you can also have lunch or dinner, a bedroom with direct access to the bathroom and garden, a kitchen and a living room with a sofa bed, and a large room for leisure. The entrance opens up into a very big living area with a canal view where you can sit and basically touch the water while you are enjoying a glass of wine.

The apartment is inside the church called "Chiesa di SAN GIOVANNI ELEMOSINARIO" one of the oldest churches in the Rialto area built in the 11th century, the only church saved from a fire that broke out in the 15th century and by 1700 it had become the priest’s house. The apartment is completely renovated and is a 2 minute walk from Rialto Bridge. It has 2 bedrooms, big living room with fully equipped kitchen. The bathroom has a shower with chrome therapy.
