Holiday rentals with a balcony in Adriatic Sea

Josips place was great! The apartment was safe and comfortable. The terrace with the hot tub was great for evenings relaxing and taking in the views. I would absolutely recommend it to anyone visiting Split!

Alberto’s place is very nice, great location and beautiful views from the balconies, the neighbourhood is really safe and lovely, close to supermarkets, public transportation, etc. Alberto was a really nice host.

We had an incredible 6 night stay at this apartment in Trogir. The location is fantastic—just a short walk from Old Town, making it super convenient for exploring the area. Despite being so close to everything, the apartment felt very private and homey. It truly gave us the feeling of living like a local. Breakfast or drinks on the roof deck with the view of the harbor is really special. We especially appreciated having a washing machine and a full kitchen, which made our stay even more comfortable. The surrounding area has plenty of options for meals, and we found some exceptional coffee spot nearby (Agape Coffee). Tonko, the host, was exceptional in his communication and flexible with our arrival time, making the check-in process smooth and easy. We loved this place so much that we booked it again for after our sailing trip. If you’re looking for a cozy, private spot in Trogir that feels like home, we highly recommend staying here!

Our stay at this place was worth of the money. The house is spacious, equipped with everything, 3.5 km from airport, has a very nice view from the windows. The host is very nice and coorporative. The checkin was very convenient. It is a nice place with everything available at a walking distance. The host even guided us about the rent a car companies and locations. It was a really nice stay there and made our trip memorable.

Words fall short for Simone and the experience he had given. Not only was Simone readily available for any support, he also regularly checked in with us if we needed anything. What is worth mentioning is his attitude of going above and beyond and ensuring the experience we had during the stay was memorable, smooth and beautiful. He had given us a detailed guide on where to go, what to do and a great set of information on the neighbourhood and places nearby to check out. Without a doubt, this was the best Airbnb experience and stay we have ever had. My friends and I had the most amazing stay, thanks to our incredible host! From the moment we arrived, he was extremely sweet and helpful, going above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. He set up rides for us and was always quick to respond to any questions we had, making communication a breeze. The Airbnb itself was absolutely stunning — the pictures truly don’t do it justice. It’s like something out of a dream! Every corner of the space had a special charm that made our stay feel magical and unforgettable. One of the highlights of our trip was the morning we were checking out. Our host stopped by and made us all delicious cappuccinos, and we sat together in the kitchen chatting like old friends. It was such a warm and personal touch that really made our stay memorable. The hospitality and the beautiful atmosphere were truly unmatched, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

What a wonderful experience! The description of the home was excelled by the reality. It was very clean and tastefully decorated — Anna has an eye for design and art. the three bedrooms easily accommodated us. The large patio with its charming table and vine screened roof was a charming place to enjoy our morning cappuccino. the home is situated in a agricultural community built in 1788, situated in extensive vineyards. The buildings have been thoroughly renovated into a series of private homes. The community contained renters like us, but also young communities and older retirees. We had a chance to get to know people in the neighborhood, who were uniformly friendly. the AirBnB is about 25 minutes away from Arezzo by car. The best place to park we found was in the short term parking at the train station. From there it was just a short walk to the Old Town. Anna was a wonderful and charming host. We recommend this property highly!

Motovun is a quite enchanting place! We felt very comfortable here and had many excursion destinations nearby, e.g. Porec, Rovinj or Pula. In the vicinity of the accommodation is a small but very well-stocked supermarket, so you can shop for everything you need. In addition, there are great restaurants nearby. The property is spacious and well equipped. The pool is a huge bonus that gave us and our children a great change of pace and cooling off. We felt very comfortable thanks to the nice hosts and would be happy to come back!

Staying in Christina’s space was the best part of our visit to Venice! Quiet, beautiful, local neighborhood. Easy to access all the main parts of the ancient city, while providing a peaceful retreat away from the crowds. Clean, stocked with everything we needed. Thank you!!!

One of the best place we have ever stayed

This place was one of the best Airbnb’s we have ever stayed at. The place was everything and way way more. The housekeeper was fantastic and she would come everyday to stock up coffee, make the beds and just daily cleaning. Antonino was amazing with responding if we had any questions. We are already are planning our next trip to stay here.

We loved staying here! The setting is breathtaking and the place is beautiful. Our hosts were very welcoming and helpful! Waking up to the view of the vineyards was very special! We were comfortable and relaxed in this spacious accommodation.

The most beautiful Italian Airbnb we’ve ever stayed in. The renovation and furnishings are stunning, just like the photos. We felt very welcome in Parabita with the elderly locals who live next door chatting to us each day. The town is away from the tourist chaos so makes a perfect base to explore the nearby villages and beaches, but retreat back when you want. Thank you Letizia and Giorgia for a wonderful stay and for being great hosts.

Here’s review: We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb in Rome. The apartment was located in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood, which was a lovely escape from the busy city center. It was walking distance to all of the major tourist sights like trevi fountain and pantheon. It was about a 20/30 min taxi to Vatican. The space had everything we needed. The host was incredibly kind and helpful, always quick to respond and ready with great recommendations. Overall, it was a great experience and we’d definitely recommend.

Great comfortable apartment within walking distance of the beautiful city of Split.

Roberta’s apartment was excellent in every way. To start, she was the perfect host - communicative and helpful from the time we booked through check out. The space was even better than the photos. It was quiet, extremely clean, and had so many lovely touches. The location was convenient to the Colosseum, a taxi stand, and a 24 hour market right across the street. All in all, a great stay and we hope to be back.

Angela and Alessandro’s apartment was perfect for us. Spacious, extremely clean, had everything we could possibly need including a comfortable bed. The location allowed us to be in a more authentic Naples but we could still walk to the Spanish Quarter and Centro Storico easily. If you prefer you can also take the Metro. Great pizza and cafe across the road. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this apartment to anyone wanting to stay in the real Naples.

This rental property is so great. Our family arrived overtired, soaked from the rain, not feeling well from a very rough catamaran ride from Dubrovnik, and we were so hungry. This accommodation turned it all around! They left us a box of pasta and red sauce (we were all beyond grateful) and a stocked kitchen with so many helpful and special and generous add-ons. Beds were comfy. There is a market very close by for immediate food and beverages. The view was beautiful. It's an easy walk to and from the Ferry Port of Hvar... and all of the fun places in town. We rented e-bikes from Antonio Rent... which we highly recommend... also not far from this airbnb. Exploring by e-bike is such an efficient and fun way to visit so many places in one day... then coming home to this airbnb for a solid place to sleep, was perfect. This airbnb and the bike tour were so instrumental in turning things around, and making Hvar our favorite stop in Croatia. Coffee machine is Top Notch!

Great apartment with a beautiful view! Popular destinations are within easy walking distance, as well as supermarkets and a shopping center. We had a great time in Kotor at this apartment.
