Holiday rentals with a pool in Adriatic Sea

Private, quiet space with stunning views of the sea that are hard to find. This place has all the mod-cons and is designed perfectly for holidays. The bed is very comfortable and the outside space is partly shaded which is perfect for us. Our second visit here, and we can’t wait to come back again. Dora will do anything she can to make your trip easier too. Go!

Adriana is een hele fijne host. We kregen een warm welkom en tips voor bezienswaardigheden in de omgeving. Het huis is een prima uitvalsbasis om de omgeving te verkennen, zoals Amalfi kust en Napels. Het is fijn om aan het einde van de middag even in het zwembad te plonzen wat op een paar stappen van het appartement ligt.

Our stay with Stefania was amazing. The accommodation was luxurious and comfortable. Situated a mile from the old town of Lecce, easily walkable. Stefania was so friendly and helpful, she sorted out a parking fine that we had. Just to note, yellow lines on the road mean no parking unless you are a resident. Visitors use the blue parking spaces. I would recommend Stefania’s accommodation to everyone and would certainly stay again.

Rebecca was amazing! We had a special celebration for a friend and asked her to get us a cake and she made it happen last minute! She also arranged for a private chef dinner one of the nights and it was absolutely delicious and perfect! The property was beyond gorgeous! So lush and green with views of the water as well! We would highly recommend this property if you are looking for a serene setting!

Ilonka & Rob were wonderful hosts & the house was stellar. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay - it was incredibly quiet & peaceful - away from the hustle & bustle yet close enough to enjoy several surrounding towns & villages as day trips or for evening dinners. Their home is charming, super clean, & stocked with everything we could possibly need. They even shared fresh fruits & vegetables from their personal garden which we incorporated into our meals when we cooked at home. We enjoyed some nice walks through the mountainside which offer beautiful views & solitude. (Thanks to our hosts for recommending!) We hope to be back when it is cooler - but we did enjoy the pool during the hot afternoons. Until then, we are grateful to have found this gem & for the kindness extended to us by Ilonka & Rob. They answered all our questions, provided helpful recommendations, & were generous with their time - available when needed & happy to socialize but always respecting guest privacy.

Had a wonderful stay! The place is just like the photos, with amazing views out to sea and across to Split. A fantastic outdoor space with the heated pool and outdoor kitchen where we prepared and cooked all our meals. The bedrooms were comfortable, with good temperature control, blackout shutters, and well sound insulated from any noises outside. Recommend the short hike up the hill behind the house for even more amazing views in all directions. Nina and Petar were great hosts, proactively making contact ahead of arrival and departure, meeting on our schedule, providing great recommendations for things to see and do, and being easily reachable if needed.

We stayed for 4 nights with our family, children age 4 & 2. We couldn’t have chosen a better place to stay and explore Dubrovnik. The apartment is perfectly located just steps from the old town / city walls, for a short trip this was ideal. Everything is on your doorstep, you can walk everywhere. The house is beautiful and Ivona has done a wonderful job of designing it. It was so well equipped with everything you needed. Michael welcomed us and even arranged our transfer from the airport. They had left us a selection of snacks including bread, milk, jams, coffee pods, wine, beer which was great. The swimming pool area is a bonus and we enjoyed an afternoon swimming and enjoying the views. The whole complex is spotless and so well maintained. I was a little apprehensive as of whether the children would enjoy Dubrovnik, however they loved it and I would recommend. We hope to return one day and if you are considering booking, book early, you will not disappointed. Thank you!

This stay was exactly what we were hoping for after a very busy 2 weeks travelling through Italy. The scenic views and peacefulness is so rare to find nowadays and the fact we are both huge fans of Normal People is a bonus Giada and her family were very welcoming and so kind to take us shopping and transport to and from the station nearby. This will be a stay that we’ll never forget and will hope to one day stay again in the future if we get the chance!

Un piccolo angolo di paradiso immerso nella quiete delle colline romagnole: Il Rudere di Teodorano è uno di quei posti che ti rimangono nel cuore. Fin dal primo momento siamo stati accolti con una gentilezza rara – Antonella e Leano sono persone autentiche, calorose e disponibili, capaci di farti sentire subito a casa. Se venite qua non potete perdervi la schiaccia, una bontá divina! La location è incantevole: silenzio rotto solo dai suoni della natura, e un’atmosfera senza tempo che invita alla lentezza e alla serenità. Perfetto per staccare la spina e rigenerarsi. Consigliatissimo per chi cerca autenticità, buon cibo e un’accoglienza che scalda il cuore.

Die Unterkunft war sehr gepflegt und in einer angenehm ruhigen Lage. Der Pool und der Jacuzzi waren immer sehr sauber und es gab genug freie Liegemöglichkeiten. In der Wohnung war alles wie beschrieben vorhanden und alles top gepflegt. Radovan war ein sehr sympathischer Gastgeber mit guten Englischkenntnissen, der Austausch war jederzeit problemlos möglich. Wir werden sicherlich wiederkommen!

Our stay in Svilena’s home was heavenly! Such a well thought out and welcoming place. Only a short walk to the hustle and bustle and crowds of the Spanish Steps. Wonderful to return to the beautiful, tranquil, carefully curated space that she has created. We feel extremely fortunate to have been able to stay in her home and hope to return one day.

We had a fantastic stay! The views over Kotor Bay were absolutely stunning, especially at sunset – truly unforgettable. The pool was perfect for a refreshing dip after a day exploring, and there were delicious restaurants nearby. The apartment had everything we needed and more – so comfortable and well-equipped. Irena was an incredible host, going out of her way to send us loads of helpful information and recommendations. We felt so well looked after throughout our stay. Helemaal niets op aan te merken: een topverblijf uitgebaat door zeer responsieve en behulpzame eigenaars. Super adresje in Baosici!

Sehr schöne und gepflegte Unterkunft in toller Lage. Abends is diese Gegend sehr belebt, dennoch hört man wenig in der Wohnung. Leider war die Klimaanlage im Schlafzimmer sehr laut. Der Pool und der Garten sind eine Oase. Der Pool ist erst von 11 Uhr bis 13 Uhr und dann wieder von 15 Uhr bis 18:30 Uhr zugänglich und man wird von einem freundlichen Aufpasser überwacht. Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel sind ein ganzes Stück weg. Taxis stehen jedoch am Plazza Trilussa. Vom Flughafen aus gibt es regulierte Taxipreise (55€) für die Fahrten, sodass man kein Taxi vorbuchen muss. Rodel ist sehr hilfreich und zuverlässig. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Rauhallisella paikalla sijaitseva kohde. Terassilta näköala todella hieno. Uima-allas erittäin hyvä lisä. Toimiva kokonaisuus. Lähellä kahvila-/baari Jura josta saa virvokkeita ja pientä purtavaa. Kauppaan mentävä melkein taxilla jos jääkaappiin menevää hakee, koska kävelyreittiä ei oikein järkevää ole esim. Tommy marketille. Cavtatin keskustaan 2 km kävely. Matka muuten kiva kävellä (meren rantaa mukaillen), mutta nousu takaisin talolle on jyrkkä. Hyvä ottaa huomioon jos meinaa useasti päivässä taittaa matkaa jalan. Taxi 8-10€ per suunta, joten heikkoina hetkinä kätevä vaihtoehto 😊. Cavtatissa monia hyviä ruokaravintoloita. Kävelyreitit myös Cavtatin ympäristössä todella hienoja. Kannattaa ehdottomasti käydä kiertämässä kävelyreitit. Kaikenkaikkiaan erittäin mukava paikka vaikka kuntoa vaatiikin keskustasta palaaminen takaisin 🤭😉

what an amazing find River House was for us, fantastic accommodation and views. Katarina was a brilliant host, always willing to communicate and sorted an issue we had very speedingly and going the extra mile. River House is very well equipped, clean and well maintained. If Katarina was not available her Mum would be there bringing us homemade cakes and preserves every morning, such a treat, we felt very spoilt. I would highly recommend, if you want a peaceful break in beautiful surroundings you could do no better

This was a truly authentic experience. Our host was so responsive and attentive to our needs. We were welcomed with a bottle of wine and olive oil. And the passion our host has for his property is inspiring. We felt so welcomed and really enjoyed our stay. We truly felt like family! This region of Italy is particularly beautiful and the town of Cortona was charming.

Die Kommunikation mit Luka (dem Keyholder) war super. Er war hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend; er hat uns gleich ein tolles Restaurant und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten empfohlen. Die Unterkunft war wunderschön und hatte alles was das Herz begehrt, sodass wir sie kaum verlassen wollten. Wir haben die Poolheizung für 20 € pro Tag dazu gebucht (was eine sehr gute Entscheidung war).

We also visited this house with friends and I can confirm that we have never been to a better house for rent. Really beautiful house, brand new and modernly furnished, the view was breathtaking. The owner and manager of the house are very accommodating and always tried to accommodate us. I can't say a single bad word, everything was amazing. I definitely recommend visiting 🌴

Wir hatten einen perfekten Urlaub dank dem wunderbaren und gepflegten Haus. Der schattige Essenbereich draußen und die schöne Gartenanlage, inclusive Zitronenbaum sorgten für zusätzliches Ambiente. Ideal die leisen Klimageräte in den Schlafzimmern. Auch sehr schön die Zwischenreinigung mittwochs. Fabio ist ein toller Gastgeber - er war immer erreichbar und hat uns mit wertvollen Informationen versorgt. Der so nahe Strand und das sehr saubere klare Meerwasser in Kombination mit dem Pool ( falls es zu heiß wurde ) sind traumhaft. Restaurants können einfach innerhalb von 10 Minuten per Auto erreicht werden. Die Gegend ( Otrando, Lecce, Gallipoli ) sind bezaubern.

Elodies villa was exactly as described and perfect for a family holiday. The seperate buildings enabled everyone some privacy and outdoor living area by the pool both functional and flexible. The hosts were very responsive and responded almost instantly to any question. We took the recommendation to bring in Massimo Mancarella as our personal chef for our final farewell dinner and he is an amazing chef, preparing our best meal of our trip. Such a nice way to end our Puglia holiday dining outdoors together being treated with an amazing meal and service.

We had a lovely holiday staying at Sea Breeze, Daphne was very helpful and gave clear instructions how to get there and where to park to access the villa. The photos hardly do the villa or location justice, with its marvellous panoramic view over the turquoise Ionian sea. The interior of the villa is lovely and we really enjoyed using the large pool. A steep, stepped path leads down directly to the two shingle beaches below which have beautiful clear water to swim in (both have tavernas to have lunch). The footpath from the villa to the beach is fine for reasonably fit people (my daughter and I enjoyed the challenge and went up and down several times a day) but the elderly may struggle. There are many places to eat within a short drive, in addition to Vitamins (the nearest and very popular restaurant) it is worth going to Agni Bay to eat at one of the beachside tavernas there, we tried Taverna Agni and Toula's. We loved our week here we will be back! Thank you Daphne!
