Our house was once a fisherman's house. In 2019 everything was extensively refurbished. The house offers relaxing tranquility, and yet lies in the middle of the action. Der er 5 minutters gåtur til en badetur eller solnedgangen ved de smukke badehuse på Vester Strand. Ingen kæledyr. Ingen arrangement tilladt i haven.

Ganz in Ruhe in einem naturbelassenem Garten unter einer uralten Rotbuche auf einem sanften Hügel. Du siehst vom Haus die Sonne über dem Meer aufgehen und abends die Lichter vom ca 9 km entfernten Ærøskøbing. Diese Perle wird von uns nach und nach renoviert und ist mit viel Liebe einfach, individuell und entspannt eingerichtet.

The house has a nice large modern kitchen with a dishwasher, a nice bright living room, a guest toilet and a bathroom with bathtub. There are 3 bedrooms as well as a sofa bed in the living room with room for 1 person. The garden has small cozy nooks and there is a small lake. There is a terrace on 3 sides of the house. Parking for 2 cars. 500 meters to the beach and downtown.
