Smoking-friendly holiday rentals in Afissos

Central, but quiet, peaceful and very clean accomodation. Everything you might need, was there. Walking distance through Volos. Private parking. Great and friendly and always reachable host. Perfect stay. We stayed for one night only, because we wanted to reach the first ferry in the morning. Two minutes ride to the port of Volos.

We had a wonderful stay in Skiathos! The host was fantastic — very welcoming and incredibly helpful throughout our visit. The apartment, a cosy basement space, was spotless and well-equipped with everything we needed. The real highlight was the stunning garden overlooking the Aegean Sea — absolutely breathtaking and the perfect place to relax. We truly enjoyed our time here and will definitely be coming back. 5 stars!

Staying here felt like stepping into a secret, magical world- cozy, rustic, and full of wonder. Surrounded by breathtaking nature, stunning views, and the kindest, most generous people, this place is both peaceful and full of possibilities. From scenic hikes that leave you speechless, to delicious restaurants just a minute’s walk away, to rooftop terraces with unforgettable views, to hidden beaches just a short drive away—there was always something special to do. And when we stayed in, the artistic and authentic indoor space was perfect for family games or enjoying a glass of wine on the many balconies. Our hosts went above and beyond, treating us with such warmth and care. They brought us homemade treats, checked in regularly to make sure we had everything we needed, and made us feel truly welcome with their kind and genuine presence. It’s the kind of place that stays with you long after you leave. We can’t recommend it enough and we definitely be back!

Das Apartment ist wunderschön und ausgestattet mit allem was man braucht. Der Gastgeber ist super nett und hat uns vom Fährhafen abgeholt um uns zur Unterkunft zu fahren. Er ist jederzeit zu erreichen bei Fragen. Die Wohnung wurde jeden Tag gereinigt und der Ausblick vom Balkon ist einmalig und nicht zu übertreffen. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen, alles war perfekt!

Olga was a great host, was quick to respond and had great recommendations for the surrounding areas. The apartment had everything we needed and even more, like games, cards and an umbrella we could take to the beach. It was an overall great experience

Benny was great at getting in touch and helping with questions before we traveled. On arrival, Benny had told us we would be met at the airport and given guidance on how to get to the property which all went smoothly. The property was in an amazing location, and was generally clean and tidy, with everything working. The property is fairly basic and functional , but we didn’t mind that. Some updates of beach chairs, and a few other tweaks wouldn’t go amiss. Benny’s advice about car hire and restaurants was extremely helpful. Both he and Mike were in touch during our stay to offer help if it was needed. On checking out, we couldn’t locate the bin area so didn’t quite know where to leave the rubbish. We would definitely consider coming back as overall, the balance of location, spec of the property and the price were spot on for our family holiday in late May. Many thanks to Benny, Mike and Jacques for their part in our wonderful family holiday.

Heerlijk appartement, prachtige tuin met meerdere zitjes. 100 meter naar links het gezellige plaatsje met boulevard en winkeltjes. 100 meter naar rechts een heel mooi rustig strand. Ligging is rustig maar alles dichtbij. Huis was uitzonderlijk goed uitgerust. Werkelijk alles was aanwezig van strandspullen tot gezellige buiten kaarsjes, goed uitgeruste keuken. Helemaal top!

We hebben een heerlijke week gehad! Er is een leuk zitje waar je privé in de schaduw kan zitten. Het huisjes is compleet, schoonmaakspullen, kruiden aanwezig. Kiriaki regeert snel als je haar iets vraagt. We hebben 2 keer gegeten in het restaurant van haar broer, Castella, een aanrader!! Je zit aan de zee! Erg veel leuke restaurantjes dichtbij. Het huisje zit in het rustige gedeelte, op loopafstand van de drukte. Perfect! Dank voor de mooie week!

We adored our stay at Thavama Summer House. The location and view from the living room are stunning, and I could have sat there for hours!🌊🍋 The accommodation iwas clean, bright, comfortable and we felt right at home- with everything you need for a stay. The terrace is so lovely to sit out on for any time of day. 💛 The location is peaceful, however there is a kiosk only a 3 minute walk away, a gorgeous beach 5 minutes away, and you are only 10 minutes away from the beautiful town and harbour. We didn’t have a car and everything was so accessible by foot.There is also a bus stop right outside and the bus links are excellent and such a good price! 🐚🚌 Thanasis is such a responsive and friendly host- answering our questions, including about transport from the airport, he came over to show us how to use the thermostat as we asked about this, and had the property cleaned, linens changed, etc, halfway through our stay! 💕 Check-in and finding the house was easy. Katerina hat dafür gesorgt, dass wir uns jederzeit wohlgefühlt haben. Gleich zu Beginn hat sie uns Tipps gegeben, vor allem aber war die Unterkunft immer perfekt sauber, Handtücher und Bettwäsche wurden regelmäßig gewechselt. Und sollten wir mal unser Frühstücksgeschirr nicht gespült haben, war das bei Rückkehr von unseren Ausflügen immer erledigt. Katerina und ihre Familie waren immer bereit für ein herzliches Gespräch. Ein bisschen Olivenöl aus eigener Produktion stand zu Beginn bereit, und ein kleines hübsches Abschiedsgeschenk hing bei Rückreise an der Tür. Wir können sagen, dieses Haus mit seinem persönlichen Charme hat unsere Erwartungen mehr als übertroffen. Wir sagen Dankeschön für die schöne Zeit und können die Unterkunft absolut empfehlen 😊

I can definitely recommend this location. It was clean, private, calm, on the countryside and had almost everything you need (kitchen, WiFi, terrace, barbecue place, lemons and grapes on the trees in the garden). Maria is changing the sheets once a week and is cleaning up twice a week. You should only be aware of animal noises (roosters, sheep, dogs, pheasants...) :-) - but this is charming! The next very nice beach and the bus station are about 20 min. by foot, I can recommend a vehicle to go to more far away beaches etc. Maria and her daughter are very friendly and helpful, communication was uncomplicated. Thank you for a very relaxing holiday!

We had a wonderful week at the villa. We jumped into the pool soon after arriving and felt so calm and relaxed in such a homely retreat, surrounded by olive trees and fruit trees in a beautifully tended garden. It was a delight to watch the fabulous swallows swooping by the pool. The beach is in walking distance, as are several beachside restaurants and a little supermarket. Staying in mid-June, the beach was not that busy, and my partner and I really enjoyed quiet early morning swims in the lovely deep water. We visited other bays and went into Skopelos Town during our stay and always felt very happy to return to Pamormos to Vila Geraki. Eva was very helpful in arranging a car hire for us before we arrived and advised helpfully on various travel queries and was so welcoming when we arrived. We felt well looked after and will remember our trip for years to come.

Το δωμάτιο ήταν ακριβώς όπως ήταν στις φωτογραφίες, δεν είχαμε κανένα πρόβλημα με την επικοινωνία μας με τους ιδιοκτήτες ,ήταν πολύ ευγενικοί και πρόθυμοι να μας λύσουν κάθε απορία μας !

The accommodation is absolutely amazing! In the perfect location right in the town with a view of the beautiful garden and ocean. The host Magda is so sweet and responsive! Skopelos is so beautiful and we were so thankful to have Magda as a host! Can’t wait to go back!

Machi est d'une grande gentillesse et possède un super sens de l'hospitalité. L'appartement est hyper propre, elle passe tous les jours, il est également très bien situé dans une ruelle calme et paisible. Nous recommandons vivement de passer du temps chez elle, et nous reviendrons avec plaisir et sans aucune hesitation.

Wished we had met her. Her father met us at the property and explained all we needed to know. Maria answered texts very quickly if we had a question. She came halfway through our stay to clean the property and change the bed linen, and left some of her mother’s home grown fruit. Lovely gesture. My only negative was the bed comfort, however, when is any bed better than your own?

Ολα μια χαρά, μείναμε πολύ ικανοποιημένοι!!

Ospitalità, gentilezza e disponibilita! La mamma ed il papà di Marina sono stati molto cortesi e sempre sorridenti. L’appartamento è uguale alle foto, accogliente e spazioso per 2 persone, non mancava nulla. Fantastico fare la colazione sul terrazzino vista mare! La fermata del bus è la n. 9 e si trova proprio difronte alla villa, il bus fa 28 fermate, si riescono a raggiungere le spiagge più belle, ma la spiaggia difronte alla villa è a 5 minuti a piedi. La villa è in una pozione eccellente per visitare le numerose spiagge nei dintorni e si trova a 10 minuti di bus dal porto di Skiathos. Noi abbiamo preferito noleggiare uno scooter che ci ha dato una grande libertà di spostamento e nel giardino della villa c’è un comodo parcheggio. Vacanza perfetta! The studio is located in one of the best areas of the city. Amazing views, easy to park ( if not in front at least no more than 400 meters away) and nice restaurants with life music close to it. Giannis was always happy to help and gave us good recommendations 👌
