Holiday houses in Agia Paraskevi beach

Three of us stayed at Litsa’s house. It’s a proper Greek house with plenty of space, lovely views and close to the beach. We named the beach ‘ours’ as it was so close and quiet. The house is well furnished .George was great and took us to the supermarket ( we did not have a car). He called briefly most days to see if we needed anything. Meeting Litsa and George was part of what made our holiday so enjoyable. I could try out my ligo ellinika, they were patient with my attempts to communicate. He offered to take us to the airport which was a great help. The walk to the mini market and bus stop for regular buses to town and other beaches is about 10-15 minutes up and downhill in places, so one needs to be relatively mobile, but it’s a beautiful stroll, even with my dodgy knees. We loved the house the garden the many places to sit outside. And it was away from crowds, so private. We self catered so can’t recommend restaurants which would be a 10 min walk away. I had an amazing experience staying here! The host was truly exceptional, so welcoming, and incredibly helpful throughout my visit. The room was clean, beautifully decorated, and had such a cozy vibe. The location couldn’t have been better, central, convenient, and close to everything I needed. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable stay. I would absolutely come back again!

The welcome to Anastasia and Nikos is close. The house is very clean. There is enough , pleasant and cool space to enjoy your coffee or drink at night both internally and in the courtyard. Our vacation was so beautiful that it will always remain a nice memory and surely if in the future we choose Skiathos for a destination, we will do everything to be inthis house !!!

Our stay in Argo Studio - top floor of Argo Pension - began at their port office of Heliotropio. We received keys and a warm welcome from Dimitris, who highlighted some of the best locations and tavernas to visit during our stay. The walk to Argo Studio was about 750m, the last 100m of which was up some stone steps. Not a problem for us but could be difficult for anyone with limited mobility. The directions we received were accurate, detailed and helpful. The stairs to the studio were manageable, but anyone with multiple bags might need two trips. There is no lift (elevator) up to the studio. The studio was simple, clean and well equipped, providing twin beds, ensuite shower room, ac, TV, refrigerator, kettle and basic utensils. The large private balcony (with sunbeds) gave a great view of the Old Port, near eye level view of landing aircraft and down to the end of the runway. Daphne, the onsite help/cleaner was unobtrusive, friendly and very welcoming. We look forward to returning.

Such a wonderful villa and perfect hosts who couldn’t be more helpful. David and Jacqueline went above and beyond and were genuinely wonderful. We have loved our stay at Villa Causton and would love to come again. We arrived and found the fridge stocked with welcome drinks for all, fresh fruit and tomatoes and the cupboards were well stocked with basic requirements which was such a lovely welcome. We were able to ask for recommendations for everything from restaurants to boat hire, and David even took us to the supermarket so we could stock up. The outdoor space has something for everyone, from the wonderful pool to the outdoor kitchen and chill out areas. The villa has been finished to such a high standard with beautiful furnishings and comfortable beds! Nearby is the beautiful beach, great for snorkelling and boat hire and there are plenty of wonderful restaurants near the villa. All in all, just magical. We didn’t want to leave.

Simply a dream. A beautiful house right on the beach. Plenty of privacy, very high quality amenities, the direct view of the sea make the stay unforgettable. The terrace offers a lot of space and is equipped with showers, comfortable loungers, a cozy lounge and a large dining table. The bed was very comfortable and the kitchen is fully equipped. Communication was excellent. Yiannis was always available and Margarita & Socrates always took care of everything and cleaned the house regularly during our stay. A fantastic experience with maximum rest. We'll be back for sure.
