Holiday houses in Agia Paraskevi beach

Three of us stayed at Litsa’s house. It’s a proper Greek house with plenty of space, lovely views and close to the beach. We named the beach ‘ours’ as it was so close and quiet. The house is well furnished .George was great and took us to the supermarket ( we did not have a car). He called briefly most days to see if we needed anything. Meeting Litsa and George was part of what made our holiday so enjoyable. I could try out my ligo ellinika, they were patient with my attempts to communicate. He offered to take us to the airport which was a great help. The walk to the mini market and bus stop for regular buses to town and other beaches is about 10-15 minutes up and downhill in places, so one needs to be relatively mobile, but it’s a beautiful stroll, even with my dodgy knees. We loved the house the garden the many places to sit outside. And it was away from crowds, so private. We self catered so can’t recommend restaurants which would be a 10 min walk away. We loved our time at Kate’s! The apartment is very close to the best beaches on Skiathos (Troulos, Maratha,…). Kate and her family were very welcoming and friendly. Her dad was the sweetest🥰 Thank you for the beautiful time at your flat! 🤗 Would highly recommend:)

Esperienza bellissima, ottima location, comodissima per tutte le spiagge. Chrisoula è gentilissima e ha reso il nostro soggiorno speciale. Il cambio lenzuola e asciugamani ogni due giorni e la possibilità di lasciare i bagagli e fare una doccia prima del volo serale sono un plus notevole. Consigliatissimo😍

I had an amazing experience staying here! The host was truly exceptional, so welcoming, and incredibly helpful throughout my visit. The room was clean, beautifully decorated, and had such a cozy vibe. The location couldn’t have been better, central, convenient, and close to everything I needed. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable stay. I would absolutely come back again!

Our stay in Argo Studio - top floor of Argo Pension - began at their port office of Heliotropio. We received keys and a warm welcome from Dimitris, who highlighted some of the best locations and tavernas to visit during our stay. The walk to Argo Studio was about 750m, the last 100m of which was up some stone steps. Not a problem for us but could be difficult for anyone with limited mobility. The directions we received were accurate, detailed and helpful. The stairs to the studio were manageable, but anyone with multiple bags might need two trips. There is no lift (elevator) up to the studio. The studio was simple, clean and well equipped, providing twin beds, ensuite shower room, ac, TV, refrigerator, kettle and basic utensils. The large private balcony (with sunbeds) gave a great view of the Old Port, near eye level view of landing aircraft and down to the end of the runway. Daphne, the onsite help/cleaner was unobtrusive, friendly and very welcoming. We look forward to returning.

We booked a last minute (baby moon) trip and were delighted that George’s place was available, from start to finish communication was brilliant. George and his mother went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. The accomodation is set in very peaceful green part of the island, a small walk to a small shop, local restaurants and a local beach one side, and the other an adventure by 4x4 to the harder to get to beaches (this was our favourite). The garden is beautifully maintained it was so lovely to wake up to and have breakfast in, the bed was extremely comfortable and bedding so perfectly ironed it was such a treat to sleep in. A lovely big shower. All the woodwork and furniture is beautifully curated and handmade by George himself. We couldn’t fault our stay and recommend you book without delay. We will 100% be back (with baby) Thank you for making our week so special!

A great location for anyone visiting Skiathos. Merely a 15min drive from the airport and you’re a stone’s throw away from a handful of beautiful beaches to choose from. The apartment is perched high above the main road at bus stop 13, opposite 2 gorgeous beaches (5 min drive or 15min walk), a lovely taverna across the road and a small supermarket 50 meters away. Parking is either across the road in a large area, or up the drive of the property itself. We loved the layout and terrace space. The beds are comfy, the shutters keep things nice and dark at night. You have just enough equipment to be able to enjoy some home comforts. The extra bonus of having a cleaner pop in every now and then was hugely appreciated. I wholeheartedly recommend Sofia’s place for a family or group of friends.
