In fact, you can reach (on foot) “Via Atenea”, beating heart of the old town of Agrigento, full of shops, restaurants, bars and pubs. Moreover, a free parking is available near the house. The terrace of () is breathtaking and sea view; there it is possibile to have a good breakfast or also a candle light dinner.

To the west, 600 m away, there is the beach of Maddalusa. By car, the Valley of the Temples can be reached in 5 minutes, while Agrigento can be reached in 10/15 minutes.
