House holiday rentals in Agua Fria

Had a great time at this one of a kind rental. There is a real personality to the place with so many activities available (pool table, hot tub, darts, tons of games, sauna) and so many outdoor and indoor areas for lounging. The place was very clean and very welcoming, and the hosts are very responsive to any question you may have. Tons of towels and robes, shampoos and soaps, made the stay easy. There are several hiking trails within a couple miles, downtown is walkable too (about a half hour walk or easy drive). Plenty of parking and the hosts give clear instructions on getting there. Would stay there again next time we’re back in Santa Fe. Thanks, Scott and Winter, for a great stay!

What an awesome house! We had a great stay. Super close to downtown, and you can’t beat the indoor pool!!! Bonnie was super communicative and gave us some great recommendations for things to do in the area. 5 stars!

We had a fantastic mini-vacation at Vincent’s place. We stayed for four nights, and chose this location for quick availability, acceptance of pets, and heated pool and hot tub. The place was spotless, it smelled amazingly clean when we first walked in. The beds were cozy, kitchen was beautiful. The heated pool was an absolute blast, and perfectly heated so that it didn’t feel too warm or too cold with the changing weather. On one of the mornings there were a lot of bugs in the pool and when we couldn’t find a skimmer, Vincent kindly brought us one and ensured the pool cleaners came out too. Props to the pool cleaners as they were quick and thorough! We felt safe and cared for the entire duration of our stay and would certainly stay again.

Everything was stellar except that from the listing - there was nothing that indicated this was a multi-family housing unit. I likely would not have booked had I known. That said it was impeccably clean and an amazing location. All amenities were great and rules were very reasonable and clear. As hosts, Jenny and Brian should be commended for offering such. Wonderful place - I just wish I had know it wasn’t as secluded as I thought.

Truly wonderful villa. Exactly like the photos. So peaceful and relaxing. Exquisitely furnished. Super comfortable beds and hotel quality bed linen. Great restaurant recommendations from Scott who was very friendly and responsive. Cannot recommend highly enough. We will definitely be back. Didn’t want to leave.

The place was super clean and well decorated! Had everything we needed for our trip. We had a wedding at the four seasons across the street and were able to walk there since we didn’t rent a car. Would love to come back and explore the area more

I loved Shahin's house! SUPER clean, kitchen very well equipped. Bed was very comfy. It felt like home and even better. It made my stay in Santa Fe so special. I loved the furniture, the Adobe style. I highly highly recommend it!

BEAUTIFUL, stylish stay. We loved this house, the top of range appliances and the back deck were highlights. We loved the side yard for doggy business, would recommend this stay to anyone visiting Santa Fe.

Our family loved the place. It’s in a great location in Santa Fe. Our kiddos loved being so close to a great park. We were able to walk to breakfast each day. The house felt cozy.

We stayed at Mark’s for three weeks and had a wonderful stay. It was well appointed for a long stay that felt like home. The neighborhood was an easy 30 minute walk into the plaza along the river path, but also a quick 5 min drive. The neighborhood was quiet and the backyard is peaceful. Highly recommend!

Our stay here has been my favorite AirBnB rental of all time! Margaret's home is spotless, yet accented with the most beautiful authentic furniture and artwork to make you feel like you are truly living in Sante Fe. The house was very clean and we had everything we needed for both the bathroom and kitchen. The layout of her home is cozy and connected. There is really nothing bad to say!

The hosts were extremely responsive and quick to respond. We had to adjust our reservations due to an emergency, and they were very helpful and worked with us making it stress free! The home was lovely and modern, and extremely convenient to local shops, grocery stores and restaurants (and in walking distance). I recommend this home to anyone looking for a comfortable home with gracious hosts!

We loved our stay at David’s place! The house is very comfortable, roomy, and spacious. It is well appointed with many thoughtful touches. As others have noted, it’s also bigger than it looks in the photos, and the yard is great! We enjoyed the quiet neighborhood and being able to walk to Baked and Brew and Counter Culture. Being on a different side of town gave us a new perspective on Santa Fe which we also enjoyed. And it was sure nice not having a big list of things to do on departure :)

Cute little place on River. Place is exactly as described and hosts were able to provide a wealth of information about the area no matter your interests. Was there when in high 90s and the place stayed very comfortable in low 70s throughout the day even without AC. Definitely recommend!

This place was great for my dog and me for a few nights while we were passing through Santa Fe. It's nice, clean, private and while I didn't end up using it, the hot tub looked great, as was the backyard area. Arely is a phenomenal host - super proactive, friendly and responsive and let me check out a little late. I highly recommend bringing a shower cap if you don't want to get your hair wet because the waterfall showerhead is nice, but it takes up pretty much the entire shower so there's not really a place to stand to avoid it. If you're bringing a dog, I recommend taking them down the street a couple miles to Frenchy's Field Park instead of walking them on Agua Fria St. It's not great - tons of stickers and glass, lots of traffic and the sidewalk is really narrow but the park is close and absolutely lovely!

One of the best hosts ive had the pleasure of staying with! They were so accommodating and even notified us that we could check in early if we got into town sooner, which was super nice! I would definitely stay with them again.

Sara’s Casitas Amazing is the word that comes to mind first. Seeing the sunset and the sunrise, amazing. This home is just the right size, and beautifully decorated. From the bedroom with the comfortable bed to the bathroom with the beautiful colors, the vibe is calm peaceful & comfortable. The living area spacious, the kitchen is well stacked with everything one needs to make a meal before headed out or upon return. Sara introduced me to the local coffee ( I bought some back home from the farmers market) This was a needed quiet time for us and we found the perfect spot, downtown is about 20 minutes away so easy in and back again. But it was the morning breakfast on the deck and early evening rest in the hammock that started and ended the days. We will be back, Big Thanks Sara Geraldine & George

Four adults stayed at Nicholas's beautiful home nestled in a neighborhood near the Railyard District in Santa Fe, and all of us enjoyed it thoroughly. It is a super comfortable space: uber clean, comfy beds and furniture, pristine hot tub, beautiful outdoor patio with plenty of furniture on which to enjoy it. There was a welcome basket, detailed care instructions, and (thankfully!) the many light switches were all labeled. It's a minutes walk from restaurants, breweries, shops, and galleries, and a wonderful home to return to after a day out. Our original rental had to cancel the day before our reservation and Nicholas was kind enough to make his space available on very short notice. Highly recommend!

Had a great stay, truly appreciate the cleanliness of the place. Was super cozy and one of the cleanest AirBnBs I’ve ever stayed in. Great location, close to downtown. 10/10 would book again.

This is our second stay at Nancy’s place. It was just as wonderful the 2nd time. We really appreciate the amenities in the home. And it is really just a perfect distance from so many things. The art galleries are one street over. Town is down the street. Really wonderful. Highly recommend! Thank you Nancy!

Mary is a kind and friendly host and we very much enjoyed our interactions with her. Her place is clean, attractive, and comfortable, with pretty much everything you might need, including plenty of helpful local information. I would happily have stayed longer.
