Margit's place is perfect for spending a few quiet and pleasant days. The beach is very close and from the residential development you have several accesses. The accommodation is quiet, pleasant and equipped with everything a couple needs. The pool is large and right in front of the house. Margit was an excellent host

The accommodation is cozy and comfortable. The terrace is very nice. Andres in a very attentive host and is attentive to any details. The area is very quiet and pleasant to take strolls. You have to walk a bit to get to the beach, but if you're looking to combine a beach bath with quiet and other activities, I recommend choosing this place.

This apartment was fantastic and it felt like a home away from home. The location cannot be beat and everything is clean and today and everything as advertised.

The apartment is on the top (third) floor. There is everything you need. It has a nice terrace with a awning, very useful for the afternoon sun. And it's equipped with three air conditioners! The washing machine and the stove are easy to use. The bathroom is also equipped with a bidet. The beds are comfortable. There is a very clean community pool, supervised by a lifeguard (sunday excluded). It is not allowed to make loud noise between 15:00 and 17:00. Important: there is an electricity meter: even paying attention to the comsumption, you may need to add extra money (in 1 or 2 euro coins).

Spectacular apartment, three bedrooms, two bathrooms living room, equipped kitchen, air-conditioned by ducts and a terrace overlooking the pool. All furnished and willing to enjoy it. Possibly in one of the best areas of Almeria very close to the cat cape and its beaches and villages. Great!!

Everything was perfect. The apartment is very good, very large and spacious. It has a very nice patio if you travel with children! Very quiet residential area without noise. We have been very comfortable. Paqui is always attentive at all times we have even asked you for information about restaurants and at the moment she has advised us several. Everything is perfect!

Cozy, close to the beach, good access to highway exit and close to supermarkets and cafeteria-restaurants. If you move by car someday it costs a little to park but with a little wait you usually park well.

We stayed again for another year, Sandra is very attentive and her house makes you feel at home. Everything is very clean and with all the amenities, it does not lack any detail. We were there during the Almería fair and she left us the party program with a welcome basket with potatoes, cherry tomatoes, rolls and water in the fridge. She advised us on what to do at the fair and how to get downtown. A 10 as a host. The location is very good, a quiet area with a Mercadona nearby and different bars for tapas in the area.

The location is perfect for walking around the city, and the apartment is completely new, modern, and very well equipped with everything you need. Also, the host was lovely, very helpful and kind at all times. We would definitely repeat. Highly recommended!

We, a couple with a big dog, felt very welcome and comfortable. The apartment with a large terrace and access to the garden is located in a well-kept and beautifully planted complex directly on the beach and entrance to the nature reserve, ideal for running with a dog. We were able to park our motorhome safely in the locked area of the complex, so everything is great for relaxing days!

This is the second time staying here and I will definitely be back. The accommodation is as shown in the photos: clean, cozy and well cared for. I love it because it makes me feel at home, with all the details designed for a comfortable stay. Also, parking is very easy, which is a great plus. Highly recommended.

The place is as in the photo, clean, and Gaiva is super helpful. It is located in the gypsy neighbourhood which for us flamenco fans was a plus. It was quiet at night, there is airconditioning. The only point of improvement would be adding some safety to the stairs.

We had a wonderful stay in the beautiful apartment. The photos are very accurate, apart from a nice surprise that there are actually two bathrooms. The apartment is in a great location close to the beach, restaurants and a supermarket. It has good reliable WiFi, comfortable beds and was well equipped with everything we needed for a long stay. The balcony is the best part of the apartment with comfortable seating, sun all day, and beautiful views over the marina and the beach. It was a bonus there was also access to a tennis court. Overall, we had a great time in the apartment.
