This is a one room studio apartment. It is a small self-contained unit with a ground floor entrance onto a service road. It has 2 single beds which can be made as one double, TV and kitchen area with a small breakfast-bar. A bathroom with shower and a washing machine. Situated approx 16 km from the beach at Las Marinas. Local shop is 5mins walking distance, the town of Antas approx 1km. Suitable for 1 or 2 people needing a short stay at an economical price. Beautiful newly renovated apartment located by the sea in the coastal town of Águilas. It consists of two rooms, one with two independent beds and one with a 1.50 cm bed. Independent kitchen equipped with all appliances and a bathroom with a shower tray. It has a washing machine and a spacious balcony overlooking the ocean for enjoyment. The sofa can be used for sleeping by taking out its seats. It is equipped with air conditioning and ducted heating. It also has ceiling fans.
