Our refurbished stone tiny house has loads of character, it's located next to the famous castel of Guadalest & the moutain views from the plot are breathtaking. Access is very easy next to the road cv-70, and you can fully disconnect in nature, discover this authentic region, do walks, kayak at the lake, cycle, eat at many local restaurants etc. We have a huge wood pergola, water from citern, solar electricity with 5kw batery, 2 showers.

A single-storey family home with pool (between late May and early October), large garden and ample parking. The owner has a loft apartment/studio, which is independently accessed, although I'm often not there. The property has a large kitchen diner leading to a barbecue area. Outside dining is wonderful in the summer and the raised decking area by the pool gives glorious views across to the hills. A large wood burner warms the living room for those winter stays.

From the first moment the contact with Marilen was fluid, he was very friendly, I leave us flexibility both in arrival and departure. Regarding the house, it is perfect for family gatherings, which was our case, it is ideal for children. We gave the option to make firewood in the fireplace. Come totally recommended!!!!

I stayed for a weekend with my partner and from the beginning José Vicente was super kind, he recommended several restaurants and mountain routes. The apartment is right in the centre of the village. Everything was impeccable, very well equipped, the bed was very comfortable and the terrace is a luxury. In addition, José Vicente did us the favor of letting us leave later on Sunday, so we were able to make the most of the stay. The town is very beautiful, it has a lot of atmosphere and places for leisure. Highly recommended for disconnecting, making plans in nature and enjoying local food. If we return one day, we will certainly choose the same accommodation. Thank you for everything 😊
