Het Goede Gemoed is located in a very wooded area where you can walk, cycle and recreate to your heart's content. On the grounds of the University of Twente you can enjoy sports. The inner cities of Enschede, Hengelo, Oldenzaal and Borne are within cycling distance of the house. The lovely villages of Delden, Goor, Boekelo are also in the vicinity. Our rural Saxon-style vacation cottage de Wender was built in 2022 and is equipped with every comfort. The house is on the ground floor and is located on an agricultural farm. The kitchen is modern. The bathroom can be reached through the bedroom. Towels are included. The toilet is separate. Furthermore, you can enjoy nature outside on the private terrace. Right across the border from Woold-Barlo is the Grenspeddelaar. In front of it is a shop and gas station, which is where it all started. Meanwhile, the gas station is unmanned and the former shop has been converted into a charming and comfortable guest house. The house, built in 1971, has just been completely renovated and newly furnished. Every guest – big or small – will quickly feel at home.
