The small apartment is located in the building of the former ship museum, directly on the Dortmund Ems Canal on the edge of the Senden industrial park. The room is ideal for one person, but the space is also enough for two! The apartment is completely separated from the apartment of the main house. Private entrance and private parking right in front of the apartment. Once a week an Irish folk band rehearses in the building. You hardly notice it in the apartment and it's over at 10 pm.

We bought this house in 2018. It is about 2 km from the town of Ennigerloh. The house is located in the countryside, overlooking fields and meadows. Since 2018, we have been diligently renovating and refurbishing. Not everything is perfect yet, but the apartment has been furnished with love. Cozy little semi-detached house, with charm and everything you need for a relaxing vacation. Tastefully decorated, suitable for allergy sufferers. We have converted the house into a vacation home, which is located in a quiet outskirts of Ahlen. You can definitely spend nice days here in a charming place with a good infrastructure. There are beautiful parks nearby, one of which is the Langst and also the Berliner Park. The new leisure pool can also be found there.

MyPlaceBerge 1 bedroom good public transport and highway

MyPlaceBerge is a cozy ground floor apartment in the south of Hamm. The apartment was completed in April 2021 and is completely newly furnished. The highway is just a 5-minute drive away. Shopping, a restaurant and fast food are within walking distance. Within walking distance is the Freibad Süd, a forest with a fitness trail and dirt roads that invite you to run and hike. In addition to the Maxi Park and the glass elephant, there is much more to discover in Hamm.
