We bought this house in 2018. It is about 2 km from the town of Ennigerloh. The house is located in the countryside, overlooking fields and meadows. The apartment is located in the Kley farmhouse in Bösensell. Distance to Münster 15 - to the train station 2.5 kilometers. A separate entrance leads to the bright basement apartment. It can accommodate 2 people on 60 m² with fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, bedroom with adjoining living room with TV.In addition, there is a separate, small garden with seating and lockable garden shed for bicycles. A private parking space also belongs to the apartment.

Welcome to the housekeeping apartment (basement ) of the former rectory . The apartment is quiet with a view over the private terrace to the garden. In 12 minutes you are walking in the city center. The apartment has its own parking space. Münster charges 4.5% accommodation tax for private overnight stays. In January 2024, the accommodation tax also applies to professional stays. The accommodation tax is not paid through Airbnb but on site.

The Soest All Saints' Day fair and the beautiful Christmas market are popular destinations, but also various sights as well as nearby Lake Möhnesee offer the possibility of varied activities.
