Farm: A different way of living.

Welcome! We have two free parking spaces available, but you can also park directly in front of the apartment. It goes via stairs into the living area, so unfortunately not wheelchair accessible. The living, sleeping and kitchen area is very cozy and there is an individual wooden bathtub available, from which you can also watch TV. The toilet is a separate room. WiFi is available. It can also be eaten outdoors, for example on our stream bridge or in the stable passage.

Old village church

The former village church is located in a 1,600 square meter property in the middle of the village of Erbshausen-Sulzwiesen. Surrounded on all sides, it is an ideal retreat without being "out of this world." In the morning sun in front of the sacristy, on the church wall in the afternoon or in the evening under fruit trees. In the lower tower room on the couch, in the upper tower room – the former bell room – while watching the birds. There is always a nice place.

Idyllic vacation home in the Odenwald

Visit us in our newly renovated vacation home on the over 1000 m² property with directly adjacent stream, covered balcony and large garden area! The 50 square meter wooden house is in a quiet location on the outskirts and was awakened from its Sleeping Beauty slumber with a lot of love for detail. Our small retreat has been completely renovated and newly furnished inside and out. Take a break and recharge your batteries with cozy evenings by the fireplace :-)

Apartment in Walldürn with fantastic garden

You live in a historic building, built in 1799 by the Princes of Mainz as a forestry administration, in Rippberg - a district of the pilgrimage town of Walldürn in the Odenwald region of Baden. The apartment was completely renovated in 2022 and invites both for a short and a longer stay. Due to the advantageous layout with 3 rooms, the apartment is suitable for maximum occupancy not only for a single family, but also for 2 couples, for example.

In the heart of Bad Mergentheim

We rent this beautiful 70 square meter apartment, which is located in the middle of Bad Mergentheim. It's about a 7-minute walk to downtown. The apartment is equipped with everything you might need for everyday use. In the bedroom there is a king size bed. Wi-Fi is available, and a 55-inch TV (smart TV) is located in the living room. Another 50-inch TV is located in the bedroom, also a smart TV. Linens and towels are of course provided.

A little time out

The accommodation: The self-contained apartment is on the upper floor of a two-family house in an idyllic location. The bedroom with double bed (1.80 m x 2.00 m) is nice and spacious. The beautifully landscaped and open-plan living-dining room is equipped with a table for four, as well as a comfortable sofa bed with TV. The dining room leads to the roof terrace with awning, from which you have a fantastic view.

Guest house - Lichtblick (2 bedrooms possible)

Taubertal ! The stylish accommodation about 80 square meters is perfect for a relaxing vacation - or professionals and commuters. They are surrounded by a fantastic landscape, wine-growing area and pleasant gastronomy. The apartment is designed for 2-3 guests (another room would also be bookable ... Canoeing on the Main and Jagst should be a unique experience. Hiking or bike trails invite you to explore.

South Tower

Nestled in the unspoiled hills of the Hohenlohe area and away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life we provide exceptional accommodation in a stunning fortified tower. The self catering property has been lovingly restored, combining historical features with bright and modern new kitchen (fully equipped) and new bathroom with shower, has free wireless broadband, parking and a little private garden.

1 Room Apartment in Stuppach

Our 30 sqm vacation rental is on the ground floor of our 2022 family house in Stuppach. The parking is right at your doorstep, everything is on the ground floor and without steps. In the apartment is a well equipped kitchen with coffee machine (pads) and kettle. The bed is only partially suitable for 2 persons with a width of 1.20 m. Baby cot and high chair are available on request free of charge.

Vacation apartment in beautiful Erftal

Our apartment (100 square meters) with old building charm has been tastefully furnished with a lot of love for detail, so that you can immediately feel at home. The apartment is located on the edge of Hardheim on a main road, yet not far from numerous hiking and biking trails. The proximity to nature makes the heart of cyclists, mountain bikers (trails about 1.5 km away) and hikers beat faster.

Mein Haus ist eine Perle. Es liegt mittig von Rothenburg, Würzburg, Bad Mergentheim, Wertheim, Miltenberg, Creglingen und Heidelberg. Wenn du von deinen Stadtbesichtigungen zurück kommst, kannst du vor dem Kaminofen entspannen und dich in der Behaglichkeit wohlfühlen.

Our holiday home is located in a new development area in the recognized wine and recreational town of Markelsheim. It is an excellent starting point for many activities and sightseeing, such as the Solymar Therme or the Wildlife Park.
