Holiday rentals with a patio in Ahrensfelde

We had a very comfortable stay in the apartment for 3 nights for 3 adults. The neighbourhood has lots of cafes, small shops and bakeries which is great for breakfast. There is also a bus stop M41 which is close to apartment and very frequent which we found convenient. Jan and Julia were very responsive and helpful hosts.

Très bon séjour dans l'appartement de Sascha ! c'était un plaisir de profiter de toutes les prestations dont les terrasses, en plus dans un emplacement calme, proche du centre historique . Je recommande !!

I was very happy to meet Martin. He is a very honest, kind, and reliable person. His house was absolutely perfect — very clean, tidy, and well-organized. Martin was always helpful and responded quickly to any questions or needs we had. This was honestly one of the best holiday experiences I’ve ever had. The place was beautiful, with easy access to the lake, and we had a wonderful and relaxing time there. Thank you so much Martin! I wish you all the best and happiness wherever you are. We had a gorgeous stay at Rafael and Sandra’s. The place was everything we wanted and more. Great location in a vacation-vibe area outside of Berlin, with amazing surrounding restaurants. Rafael and Sandra were so friendly and generous with their help and invitations to join BBQ. The apartment was spacious and had all the necessities and extras. Cats were friendly and welcoming, and we will definitely be back when we are in Berlin again! Thank you deeply Rafael and Sandra.

Wir waren im Mai 2025 für eine gute Woche im Ferienhaus am See und haben diese Zeit der Ruhe sehr genossen. Das Häuschen liegt direkt am Rahmersee und der Blick vom Wintergarten auf den See ist zu jeder Tages- und Jahreszeit einfach traumhaft. Wer Ruhe sucht, fernab von jedem Trubel, ist hier wunderbar aufgehoben. Auch für unseren Hund war das Ferienhaus mit dem schönen Naturgarten ein großes Vergnügen. Wir kommen gerne wieder! Wir haben uns sofort sehr wohl gefühlt in dieser besonderen Unterkunft. Das Häuschen liegt in einer sehr ruhigen Straße am Rande eines Waldgebietes und mit Nähe zu dem See. Man durchschreitet erst einen naturbelassenen Garten, in dem diverse Ruheplätze vorhanden sind. Besonders schön ist die Paletten-Chill-Out- Ecke direkt neben dem Eingang. Beim Betreten des Häuschen landet man sogleich in dem offenen Wohnbereich, in dessen Mitte der Kamin steht, für den ordentlich viel Holz zurVerfügung steht. Über eine steile kleine Treppe gelangt man dann in den oberen Schlafbereich. Alles war sehr gemütlich und geschmackvoll gestaltet. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen, wozu u. a. auch die Saunanutzungsmöglichkeit beigetragen hat. Wir können die Unterkunft wärmstens empfehlen, weisen aber auch darauf hin, dass es von Vorteil wäre, über einen fahrbaren Unterstützung zu verfügen, da sie sich schon etwas abseits befindet.

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit in den außerordentlich stilvoll eingerichteten Haus!

Nous avons passé une super semaine de vacances en Allemagne proche de Berlin tout en restant dans la campagne, très calme, paisible, non loin de quelques villages avec magasins et restaurants. Un logement très fonctionnel, complet, propre, grand avec 2 chambres, le petit palier avec fauteuils pour lire et vue sur le petit point d’eau au bout de la rue a été fort apprécié par la famille. Die Unterkunft von Manfred war außerordentlich schön. Alles was man zum Leben im Urlaub in einem Haus benötigt war vorhanden. Es war sauber ordentlich und gemütlich. Sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt. Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit!! Wir kommen gerne wieder.

We had a wonderful stay at Ilona‘s house. Everything was clean and nicely prepared for our arrival. We had all we needed and Ilona and her husband were very responsive and proactive and helped quickly when we had little wishes that made our stay even more comfortable. We used Ilona‘s place for our trips to Berlin by train (about 30-40min) and were able to sleep well in a quiet neighborhood at night and be in buzzing Berlin during the day. There are also beautiful nature areas with lakes in a 15-20min driving range. We were 2 seniors, 2 adults and 2 kids and had plenty of space in Ilona‘s house as well as the garden. There’s a great Asian restaurant in walking distance as well as an Imbiss for quick meals, a bakery and an ice cream shop in walking distance. We would recommend Ilona’s place to anyone who is looking for a similar as described experience. Thank you, Ilona and Torsten!

Tja, was soll man dazu schreiben? Übernachten in einer überaus geschmackvoll renovierten Villa. Techn. auf dem neuesten Stand - mit allem Komfort (…und zurück) eingerichtet. Liebevoll ausgestattet mit tollen Details. Leider konnten wir aus Zeitmangel gar nicht alle Annehmlichkeiten in Anspruch nehmen. Besonders schön ist die Möglichkeit morgens mit einer Tasse Kaffee den Tag auf der Terrasse zu beginnen!! Anja & Markus sind super herzlich, kommunikativ und stets ansprechbar. Alles in allem: Eine außergewöhnliche Unterkunft mit außergewöhnlichen Gastgebern.

Super netter Kontakt mit dem Gastgeber. Unkomplizierter check-in, auf Nachfrage auch ein etwas späterer Checkout möglich gewesen. Die Unterkunft ist sehr gut ausgestattet, alles was man für den Aufenthalt benötigt und dazu ein super bequemes Bett und eine schöne ruhige Terrasse. Beim nächsten Berlin Aufenthalt sehr gerne wieder!

I could not have been more delighted with my stay at Gérard's adorable flat. The location cannot be beat, just around the corner from Schönleinstraße U8, and with so much to do, see, and eat just outside the door. Gérard is a consummate host who gave me great local tips, and was so easy to communicate and coordinate with - he also very kindly helped me with my bag up all those stairs! The apartment itself is brighter and airier than the photos show. Even on some scorching hot Berlin days, it remained cool and pleasant with the windows popped. The patio is also a lovely extra. I will certainly be returning next time I am in Berlin!

The apartment is spacious and very comfortable. We really felt at home. We loved the location and found it easy to take the U Bahn or S Bahn everywhere. A great neighbourhood and quiet street. Definitely recommend.

Super Unterkunft! Großzügig geschnitten, mit zwei Bädern. Ich finde, dass die Wohnung in echt sogar noch schöner als auf den Fotos ist! Ich will nochmal da unterkommen und habe sie schon an Freund:innen weiterempfohlen. <3

Die Wohnung ist der Wahnsinn. Wunderschön und sehr praktisch gelegen. Der Hoste war sehr zuvorkommend und hat uns alle Wünsche erfüllt. Einfach nur top!

This stay exceeded my expectations! The place was spotlessly clean, which made it feel super welcoming and comfortable from the start. The location turned out to be surprisingly great—quiet but still really convenient to get around. What really stood out was the community vibe—it had a warm, friendly feel that made the experience even better. Would definitely stay here again!

As someone who has stayed at dozens of Airbnb’s, I can say that this was definitely in the top 1%. My husband and I stayed here for a month in May, and it was wonderful to “come home” every day to such a comfortable, pleasant and expansive space. In addition to the elegant and creative design, we loved the light and views over the rooftops. I slept like a baby on the super comfy bed, lounged on the comfy sofa, and worked comfortably at the large dining room table. Two large bathrooms were a luxury. A huge walk-in closet. Delightful rooftop patio. Well-equipped kitchen. The apartment is on a quiet and bright street, close to multiple forms of transportation, cafes, restaurants, and shopping (giant supermarket across the street). Easy to get anywhere. Our host, Eric, was extremely helpful, a font of information, and a delightful and charming human being. He was very responsive both before and during our stay. We would definitely stay here again, not to speak of moving in forever!
