The owner has a loft apartment/studio, which is independently accessed, although I'm often not there. The property has a large kitchen diner leading to a barbecue area. Outside dining is wonderful in the summer and the raised decking area by the pool gives glorious views across to the hills. A large wood burner warms the living room for those winter stays.

Since the house faces 2 streets and access is through narrow streets, another entrance was enabled on Font de Terol street, at number 10, to make access easier.
