The charming house is conveniently located in the historic part of the village, situated above the lake side road, offering breathtaking views. Due to its location, the apartment is only accessible via STAIRS, and is therefore not suitable for a wheelchair! It is a non-smoking house. Pets are not allowed. NOT SUITED for CHILDREN!

Our small, cozy chalet in the middle of the Schladming/Dachstein tourist region and right next to the Aich swimming lake invites you to relax. Equipped with 3 bedrooms, each with a large double bed, 2 bedrooms also have a comfortable sofa bed, 2 bathrooms, toilet, a large, comfortable kitchen and your own sauna in the garden, nothing is left to be desired. The ski bus stops 50 m from the house and takes you comfortably to the entrance to the 4-mountain ski area.

Endlich Ruhe gives peace! It is a lovely large house, with a fine, enclosed garden. The house is on a cul-de-sac, behind the garden runs a stream. You can BBQ or read in the hammock. The children can play in the garden. The house borders the Sölktaler Naturpark, and is 15 km from the 4-Berge Skischaukel. The house is modernly furnished, with an eye for Austrian details. For winter sports enthusiasts, there is a heated ski room. You are most welcome!

The apartment has recently been completely renovated, has a state-of-the-art interior and consists of an open space of 65 M2, which creates a very open and free feeling. The unique view over Lake Wolfgang can be enjoyed to the fullest. The luxurious bathroom including a huge bathtub, in combination with the ambient lighting, ensures ultimate relaxation. The apartment is located 3 km away from the ski resort of Schladming-Dachstein. It have a living area with a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and a sofa bed, a bathroom with infrared cabin, a balcony, free Wi-Fi and cable TV. The ski bus stops 50 m away from the House, the nearest supermarket is 500 metres away. The apartment is an ideal starting point for skiing, hiking, mountain biking and rafting.

Die Wohnung befindet sich im Zentrum von Obertraun in unmittelbarer Nähe zum malerischen Hallstättersee sowie dem Einstieg in das Dachstein-Krippenstein Skigebiet und ist auch bequem per Bahn erreichbar.

Das Ferienhaus dasBergblick liegt in ruhiger Lage und bietet jede Menge Wohlfühl-Atmosphäre mit direktem Blick auf den Hohen Sarstein. Die Ausseerland-Seen und das "Loser" Skigebiet sind in wenigen Autominuten erreichbar - Schneeschuhwanderungen, Spaziergänge sowie Radtouren sind direkt vom Haus aus möglich. Wir bieten Platz für bis zu 4 Personen.

Our vacation home with sauna and hot tub is located in beautiful Gosau am Dachstein in Upper Austria. The entire width of the living room is glazed and offers a stunning view of the Gosaukamm. The discreet kitchen in the living room has everything you need for cooking. The spacious bedroom can accommodate 2 adults and 2 children.
