A supermarket is in the house, open 7.00 - 20.00 Monday til Saturday. Many shopping facilities, restaurants and coffeeshops within walking distance (Leopoldstraße). Best connection to the city by public transport: 3 walking minutes to the subway station Dietlindenstrasse (line U 3), 5 walking minutes to station Münchner Freiheit (lines U3 and U6). From here it takes only 8 respective 6 minutes to Marienplatz (center) and 13 minutes to the Theresienwiese (= Oktoberfest which take place in 2024 from Saturday, 21st of September until Sunday 6th of October). Furthermore a lot of busses start near the apartment. Only 5 walking minutes to the "English garden". I wish you a great stay!

The compact house (built 1906) has been lovingly and lavishly renovated according to ecological guidelines. Our house is located on the quiet outskirts of Wiedergeltingen. Munich, Neuschwanstein, Augsburg, Legoland Günzburg, or the Allgäu mountains are 50 minutes away by car. Or would you rather go to the Kaltenberg Knight's Games? You can get there in 30 minutes. The Skyline Park and the spa in Bad Wörishofen are 10 minutes away. Explore our beautiful Unterallgäu on hikes or a bike tour. You can park your car in front of the house on our property for free.

Our small vacation home is located in the middle of our horse farm on which we also live ourselves. Here you can live idyllically in nature and still be conveniently located. Quiet walking paths directly from the farm invite you to stroll through nature. The proximity to Augsburg and Munich (each approx. 30 minutes by car) is ideal for city tours. The small cottage has a small kitchen and a bathroom with sauna. A car is an advantage.
