We (Gesa and Christoph with our two children) live in the house on the property.

We offer an apartment for 2 people, which is located on the outskirts between Augsburg and Friedberg. A sofa bed is also available in the living room. The small town of Friedberg is romantically situated on a hill and is always worth a visit. The train station (Augsburg-Hochzoll) can be reached on foot in 15 minutes, from where you can quickly reach Augsburg, Munich or the Allgäu. Culturally, there is plenty to explore. My place is in a quiet residential neighborhood in the Hammerschmiede. The Augsburger city center (Rathausplatz) is about 4.5 km away and can be reached by car in about 15 minutes. A public bus connection is close by. The A8 motorway connection (Munich-Stuttgart) is only 2.6 km away. There are many family-friendly activities on offer (zoo, Augsburger puppet box, etc.). My place is good for couples, solo travelers, adventurers, and business travelers.

The small cottage has a small kitchen and a bathroom with sauna. A car is an advantage.
