The underfloor heating and a ventilation system ensure well-being. Fast Wi-Fi (100 Mbit DSL) and a large TV complete the package.

In the 2 bedrooms there is a large wardrobe, a double and a single bed. The large living room couch can be folded out into a bed.

There is a half hour bus connection to the S-Bahn (suburban train) towards Stuttgart or Herrenberg.
