A wonderful two story apartment with first row view of the channel (Karmsundet) from the private balcony outside. Situated in a quiet neighborhood with walking distance to Haugesund city centre. Well equipped with dishwasher, microwave, toaster and shoe dryer for your convenience. You will find your tranquility here.

The micro cabin was completed in August 2023. It is 17.6 square meters. In the living room there are 5 seats and a chest of drawers with storage. The sofa can be turned into a double bed. The sleeping area is in the loft. There you lie under a skylight and can admire the starry sky and sea views if the weather is good. The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, stove, microwave and necessary kitchen utensils. The bathroom has a toilet, sink with mirror cabinet and shower.

Boathouse by the lake in Sokn, Stavanger

The boathouse is brand new and part of the seaside house environment towards Soknasundet. There is a jetty with fishing opportunities. Buildings and furniture are made by the renowned architect Espen Surnevik. If you come by boat there is plenty of room for the boat at the jetty. The boathouse is part of Sokn Gard (see fb) which has many animals you can visit, and the farm has 5 km of hiking trails.
