There is parking available for those with vehicles, and for those without, the stop is right in front of the house. Comfortable, sunny and stylish place to enjoy your stay! The house is on the 1st floor and provides all the amenities that you might need. The view of the mountain on the right side, the sea on the left side and the public park/parking in front, make up an ideal landscape. Situated in Kos coastline (Marmari area), just 3 minutes walk from the sandy beach, 1 minute from bus stop and 20 minutes drive from the city center of Kos island. You also have your own balcony overlooking the garden. Enjoy!

The 2nd floor and terrace of the 2-story villa with Lebiderya sea views are rented. My house is located under Geriş, a calm area of Yalikavak. On the top floor of the apartment, it is only for your use, with a sea view there is a terrace. The apartment consists of a living room, (160x200 cm visco bed for 2 people) , bathroom/toilet , open kitchen, and balcony.. It is about 50 square meters. Since the location of our site is on a hill, it is recommended to come by car.

Our house is a 20 minute walk to the seaside. We are living downstairs with two cats and a big dog. I'm writer, my husband is painter. İt's in a quiet and calm region surrounded by greenery and flowers. If you think they can deal with our animals you can bring your pets with you. And the house is not not suitable for children under 15 years of age. IMPORTANT NOTE: The house and the neighbourhood would not be convenient or suitable for conservative family.
