There was all the necessary stuff for the house. Ms. Filiz has thought of everything from shampoo, shower gel, roll napkins, hair dryer, hanger, etc. to kitchen supplies. Basic necessities such as pots, pans, oil, salt, sugar, etc. were also available at home. In this way, we had the chance to make our own food with minimum shopping. Turgutreis is close to the marina, the area is suitable for parking and the house was clean. Finally, the house is full of beautiful paintings by Ms. Filiz and her friends. We felt like we were in an exhibition hall in the house. My favorite was the Van Gogh mural in the kitchen, I found it really impressive. We were very pleased with our stay, it was enjoyable, thank you and we recommend it:)

We come to Turgutries every year for peace and relaxation, that is exactly what you get here at Mustafa’s Villa. He was extremely friendly and helpful, he greeted us with his family and showed us around the villa. The villa is very private and peaceful. The pool is great and there is plenty of space here. The villa is exactly like the photos. You can reach the main bar street on foot with beautiful seafront views. A taxi back on an evening was only £3. The home is beautiful, perfect for a quiet relaxing holiday. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals. Mustafa’s wife & mother baked us the most delicious cake which was very kind. We look forward to staying here again soon.

Stunning apartment in the heart of Bodrum. Very convenient location - it took us just 5 minutes walking to get to the sea and all restaurants and shops however you're still far from the streets which might be noisy at night. Views from the second flour are gorgeous. You can enjoy sunsets watching a harbour and Bodrum castle. Apartment was very clean with all necessary kitchen amentities to prepare breakfast/lunch/dinner. Aydan was very helpful, recommended some city spots and restaurants. He also was very kind to organize for us a transfer to airport. We would be happy to stay at Ayhan's place again.

It is a paradise of 3 villas among the citrus trees. - The pool is really gorgeous - even bigger than the ones in the photo. 150cm deep. - You are completely surrounded by nature. It's green everywhere. It was very nice to lie in the hammock and watch the nature. - Walking distance to places such as supermarket, bakery, butcher You can take care of all your needs within 5-10 minutes by car. You can reach Kadıkalesi Public Beach with a 15-minute walk from the house. - Mr. Emre, Mr. Raşit and Ms. Nurten were very helpful. - The homes have everything you could need. (Microwave, toaster, tea maker, coffee maker, dishwasher, etc.) I would like to point out as the points that need to be improved: - The beds in the houses are a bit old. I would like to point out that we are not very comfortable. - A little more care can be taken about hygiene. - At least one of the houses would have been nice to have an oven. In a nutshell, we are very happy. We started making plans to come in the coming years.

We had a healthy, happy and peaceful vacation. The location of the house, hygiene, kitchen utensils that may be needed, and many things were available in our house. There's really no need to say much, it's just a great house where you can pick up your luggage and come. Mr. Barkın was extremely interested, even though there was a coffee maker, we would also like to thank him for taking care of our request for the frencpres. We had a truly wonderful week at this beautiful villa in Turkey. The property is spacious, spotless and fully equipped with everything needed for a relaxing family holiday. It’s set in a quiet, private location, and the pool – which wraps around the house – became the perfect focal point, especially when dining outside. Our host, Ceren, was exceptional. She was incredibly responsive and went above and beyond to support us when our son needed medical help after a sea urchin mishap – she directed us promptly to the right place. She also gave us plenty of notice for things like the gardener’s visit, always checking what worked best for us. This villa, combined with Ceren’s thoughtful hosting, made for one of our best holidays. Highly recommended!

The place is great, very clean, the host also grated us with Greek wine, water and some biscuits for the kids. We had plenty of rooms, all very clean and confortabil. We also had the product for the mosquitoes. The house is simply beautiful, the garden is so nice and peaceful, very beautiful swimming pool and also the best thing ever..a perfect playground for kids. This is something we did not expect. The experience is....well, better that expected!! We really loved the place and we will definitely return next year.

The house was beautiful and professionally decorated. It had a very nice, large, and clean swimming pool. House was sparkly clean. Kitchen had all the appliances. It was in Walkable distance to Yalıkavak marina. Although, walking was safe it was a little lonely. Fatih Bey was very pleasant , friendly and responsible. Whenever I needed help he was there for me with his suggestion from drivers to local restaurants to suggested activities. Overall, I was very impressed.

Fantastic villa for 7 friends in a beautiful location. We loved it, walking distance to the beach and lots of restaurants as well as the harbour where we took a boat trip. The owner was very helpful and made us feel right at home. Would definitely recommend!

Our stay at Ali’s place was remarkable. The place is squeaky clean, and Ali was attentive to any request.. We had trouble in one of the bathrooms however Ali made sure it gets fixed we enjoyed our stay and would love to visit again, recommended it to anyone who wants to enjoy the Sun and Stunning views…

It is a very lovely and classy huge house - ideal for family with the beautiful garden and amazing large pool. The kitchen is well equipped with a fancy decoration. Nil (she lives in a small house next to the main house) is very friendly and helps with every issue immediately. The restaurants recommandations form Orkun were awesome. Supermarkets and a nice shopping mall within 5-10min by car. House is 10-15min by car from Bodrum harbour depending on traffic. We would always come back.

Everything was amazing from check in to check out. Great location, and a place to enjoy. Hosts Onur and Sevgul were very responsive which made our stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommended to families, and couples just trying to get away for a while.

We stayed with 9 People in Niki’s House, the space was great but the placement of the beds in the living room is not ideal but manageable. :) Niki was super nice and helpful with everything we needed. We enjoyed our stay in the house and the Pool.

Mr. Mert was a very kind and caring host. We were able to reach him instantly whenever we wanted until we left the house without even booking. The house was luxurious and very convenient as seen in the photos. Almost every item in the house (built-in, air conditioning, white goods, cabinets, etc.) was the quality products of good brands. We had a great holiday at Anders and Jeanette’s place. The house was beautiful, peaceful, impeccably clean and at perfect location in Bodrum! We were feet’s away from a very nice pool and garden, and we very much enjoyed our stay. House is far away from hustle and bustle of Bodrum center but it is in close proximity to many beautiful beaches and small & cute towns! House has everything a family needs to be comfy in a vacation home. Anders and Jeanette were great and very prompt in their communications. Anders provided a very detailed and very much useful guidelines and recommendations for beaches and restaurants around the region. We very much enjoyed our stay and highly recommend it! This year, we stayed at Mr. Mahir's house like last year. Her mother Ms. Nesrin greeted us at the door and even brewed our tea before she arrived. I had the opportunity to have a very enjoyable holiday with my family. This is a place where you can feel like at home. The fact that the complex has a beach amenity for its own use (you need to go down some stairs, you can go half of it with your vehicle if you wish), and its own private pier allows you to meet very clean and clear waters. Thank you for everything, it will be our first choice again next year.
