We were very satisfied with the accommodation. The helpful property manager lives across the street, and is always available. Beach and restaurants are within walking distance. Landlord responded very quickly to requests. We would book this place again.

Great stay at Meryem's! The house was very clean and just like the pictures. We were warmly welcomed by our host. I would highly recommend it.

The house is charming, bright and tidy. We particularly enjoyed the pool and outdoors space. The environment was quiet. The house had three bedrooms and a bathroom, the second bathroom is located in the master suite. Kitchen was well equipped . I'll mention what could be improved on: The location on Airbnb is the wrong one. The person who hosted us had trouble giving instructions on the location (we rarely come to Tunisia we had a lot of trouble finding the house). The living room and kitchen are very large and you will spend most of your time there, so you have to provide additional air conditioners. There were a few minor issues with finishes, including doors that lacked keys or locks to effectively close them from the inside. Overall, I would recommend this house and we enjoyed our stay a lot. We'll be happy to go back!

Perfect stay! The accommodation is clean, well-equipped and located in a quiet neighborhood and close to the beach (5 min drive), ideal for resting. Wassim and his family are responsive, warm and welcoming. An address that I highly recommend!

We had a lovely stay of a week. Nadia's dad welcomed us very warmly and was available. Soothing and secure private space. Several restaurants nearby and beach a few minutes walk away.

**Second stay and still as perfect!** I've just returned from my second stay at BADIS, and once again, everything was absolutely perfect! This confirms that my first review was well-deserved. The apartment is still as impeccable, comfortable, and faithful to the photos. The view of the pool remains a real pleasure, especially for relaxing after sightseeing. The location is ideal, and the tranquility of the place allows you to truly recharge your batteries. My hosts are still as attentive and helpful as ever, with the same kindness that impressed me so much during my first stay. Their warm welcome really makes the difference! The fact that I'm coming back speaks for itself—it's become my go-to place in the region. I highly recommend this place and will definitely be back for a third stay! I would like to give a positive review for Mr. Sami, the landlord of the apartment I rented. The apartment was very nice, large, safe and ideal for families. I felt very comfortable and safe there throughout my stay. A special plus was the very clean water quality in the apartment - the water was not only pleasant when showering, but also very good for skin and hair. You can clearly see the difference in everyday life. Mr. Sami was always friendly, helpful and responded quickly to all requests. Communication with him was straightforward and respectful. The apartment was in a very good and clean condition at the time of handover and was well maintained during the rental period. I can only recommend Mr. Sami as a landlord. He is reliable, professional and really cares about the well-being of his tenants.

What can I say apart from, yes I will book again ❤️ and I hope to do so, soon.  The house looks like the pictures, clean and relaxing and private. If anything i wanted or needed to know, Elyes was a whatapp away and the lovely Laila was stone throw away (english saying for nearby).  The location was perfect, for my husband's work, restaurants, coffee/cafe shop, spa, Cash point/ATMs, supermarket, butchers, fish mongers, local shops, taxis, buses, car rental and yes, yes the beach ⛱️. Where I spent my days jet skiing, camel rides, swimming, sunbathing.  The kitchen was able to handle me and my husband cooking up a storm every night.  One of key things for me, the fridge was cold and the freezer was able to freeze 🎉 perfect wifi I was able to return home with clean clothes. Having 2 bathrooms, allow for sister in- laws to stay for 2 nights.  Tip: *use the 'rapide 15' to wash clothes *You can use your own Netflix login to watch movies. *Elyes and Laila are so kind, helpful & friendly

This is the BEST air bnb I have ever stayed in. Wallace went above and beyond!! The home is gorgeous and super clean. Attention to detail is impeccable.. can't wait to return. Location is great, nice quiet area.

My group of 11 had a wonderful stay! The beach was very close by and the grounds of the home were very beautiful! The housekeeper was discreet and very helpful. The house was very roomy and had a lot of character. I would definitely return!

Like the place teddy was very responsive and helpful , the apartment is perfect for solo or large groups , close to the beach walking distance , the beach is clean and just perfect , the place is safe and easily accessible , close to gym bars restaurants and cafes

The place is quiet, clean, and spacious. it's perfect if you want to relax, recover from a long jetlag, and discover all that gorgeous area. It is located between Byrsa and Amilcar which makes it close to Samalbo and Sidi Bou Said. The terrace is on the roof. We didn't get the chance to use it as is was missing the shade canopy .
