Stay in the old village schoolhouse

Our historic school building with wonderfully high ceilings and its thick sandstone walls offers plenty of space (about 130 square meters) for up to four people. It was lovingly ecologically renovated by us until 2013. Downstairs there is a large kitchen-living room, upstairs a cozy small bedroom and a large studio, which can also be used by artistically ambitious guests. From Gräfenhausen you can go directly to the Palatinate Forest by mountain bike or on foot. The nearest climbing rock is also a 20-minute walk. In the village there is a small restaurant with a village shop and a bakery (both directly opposite the house).

Unique apartment in the Künstlerhaus. Located on the main road of Annweiler. 2 minutes to the train station, 3 minutes to the market square. Nestled in the largest forest area of the Palatinate. The natural stone underfloor heating and the double-sided burning stove give the apartment a wintery feel-good atmosphere. The EyerHof - the special vacation home in the Palatinate

The EyerHof - owned by the Eyer family for three generations - is a farmhouse over 120 years old that was completely renovated from 2019 - 2022 and now combines the special charm of a farmhouse with modern industrial style. Next to the terrace, courtyard and garden there is a barbecue station with a large new Rösle gas grill & the barn which can be used as a cozy lounge. The interior of the house combines timber-framed construction with modern iron, wood, sandstone, clay walls and old with new 🖤

In the heart (market square) of Landau, lies our charming townhouse, which is more than 270 years old. Elaborately restored and modernized, it serves as a retreat for our guests. Close enough to participate in the colorful hustle and bustle of the weekly market, cozy wine bars, good restaurants, quiet cafes and the many sights of the city - and yet far enough away to lose yourself in the books of our small antiquarian book selection with a good glass of wine.

You can expect breathtaking natural surroundings in a sunny meadow valley, surrounded by the Palatinate Forest. The rooms are lovingly, individually, and in some cases historically furnished, and many rooms have their own shower room. A large kitchen and a large dining room invite you to spend time together in comfort, even in bad weather. When the weather is good, you can enjoy yourself in the garden and set off on hiking tours straight from the property.

Experience unforgettable vacation days in the heart of the Palatinate Forest! Our charming vacation apartment offers the perfect base for activities such as mountain biking and hiking. Discover the breathtaking nature and enjoy the picturesque surroundings. With four PWV huts within walking distance, varied excursions are guaranteed. Your bike will fit safely in our spacious garage and after an exciting tour it can be conveniently cleaned in our yard.

Treehouse on stilts with two bedrooms, modern bathroom, fully equipped kitchen and cozy living room with fireplace. Balcony and stilted terrace overlooking Trifels Castle. The stilt houses are located about 300 m from the Jugendstilhotel Trifels and are accessible on foot via a tarred hiking trail. You can borrow a handcart from us for your luggage. We will be waiting for you at the reception desk of the Jugendstilhotel Trifels for check-in.

70s nostalgia apartment

Live in a small museum. Indulge in memories, or experience how your (grand)parents might have lived. Browse old books and magazines, listen to a record or a tape. There are many original items from the 60s and 70s to discover. Therefore, small children are not allowed. I put a lot of effort into creating an authentic atmosphere. The pictures speak for themselves. If you discover something that is too new, please tell me.

Holiday room with bathroom and separate entrance

Treat yourself to a little time out in our lovingly furnished vacation room. The room is located in the basement of our single-family house and with its 25 sqm has everything you need for a short stay. The room has its own entrance (not barrier-free) and is closed off from our living area. It is equipped with a double bed (160x200), desk, kitchen and seating area. Towels and hairdryer are in the private bathroom.
