Brand New Alberta Arts District Gem

This brand new Airbnb is in the heart of the Alberta Arts District, you really can't beat the location! The space is located just a block from a stretch of restaurants on NE Killingsworth, two blocks from all of the restaurants and shops on NE Alberta, and a five minute walk to beautiful Alberta Park. This unit is equipped with a toaster oven, hot plate, full size fridge, and dishwasher. Please note this is the lower unit of our home so you will likely hear day to day noises between 6am and 7pm.

Relax in this calm, clean and simple space. Enter in from the sidewalk fence to a little patio great for enjoying your coffee and some fresh air. There is a full kitchen that opens into the living area with a skylight and high windows that offer great natural light. Walk down the hall and enjoy the spacious bathroom with our provided bath tray for real relaxation. Tuck yourself into bed and enjoy the stars or choose to black out windows using our automated shades for uninterrupted sleep.

Our recently built, light filled and spacious ADU sits quietly in our back yard and above my painting studio. It's an open, airy and modern loft-style home with reclaimed fir floors, shelving, vanity, and doors. The queen size bed has a super comfy natural latex foam mattress and in the loft there is a fold out sofa with a full size memory foam sleeping pad. It has a well appointed kitchen and washer and dryer for your use. I provide coffee and tea for your stay as well.

This 500 sq foot one bedroom apartment (outfitted for two) is steps away from Alberta Art District and close to Mississippi Ave, Dekum and Concordia. There are many restaurants, bars, arts studios, cafes, theatres etc in the area-- you'll never be at a loss for something to do! We're also centrally located and a short bus/max ride from downtown or the airport! Multiple fans, including cooling fan provided. This is an apartment tucked under our home above.
