House holiday rentals in Alberta Arts District

This is a lovely bungalow in a great neighborhood close to all Portland has to offer! The house is comfortable, clean, well stocked and we loved hanging on the front porch in the sunshine. Beds were comfortable and the bathroom’s had nice showers. We weren’t made aware there is a tenant in the basement unit until we received check in info the day before. Host was responsive to my concerns about thinking we had a rented an entire house to ourselves (apparently all Airbnbs in Oregon must have a resident living on the property? This was news to me, but maybe not to future renters). I think they could have done more to ensure we knew someone else was on the property (there are no shared utilities or doors, but we could hear the person downstairs at bedtime, and we were concerned our family with small kids would be audible to them as well). Again it’s a great house, I just wish we had known someone was under us when we chose it.

We had a wonderful weekend here! The home, backyard, and pool were all perfect! Everything was spotless clean, great communication, super private backyard and pool! They were so accommodating and were able to allow us an early check in which made our trip so much easier. Highly recommend!

Great place! Felt like we had a lot of room but still close to downtown. We enjoyed our stay and will come again if in the area.

We had a great stay at Nicholas’s place. The kitchen was roomy and functional. The pool and hot tub were very well kept. The kids loved all the games both upstairs and downstairs! Nicholas was a very accommodating host and helped us with schedule flexibility and responded quickly to questions about the house. Beds were comfortable and great linens! Beautiful views from the deck at all hours of day. Thanks!!

This was the best AirBnb I’ve ever stayed in! Amanda and Michael are literally the sweetest and think of every little thing to make your stay comfortable and special! We felt right at home! The neighborhood is adorable and so walkable to great food nearby. Super close to the MAX (local public transportation), so there was times we didn’t even need our car. We LOVED it here! Staying here made us fall in love with Portland all over again. We cannot wait to revisit RCH🌹

Lynne and Lucy were great hosts! My kids and I felt right at home here. This is a perfect place to getaway, relax, and stay for a few days. Also, the bed was extremely comfortable!

Easy check-in, and my kids loved the swim spa. We ran into an issue while there and Raja was very responsive, and offered to come over ASAP to help. We would stay here again.

We had the BEST stay! Such a pleasant area. LGBTQai+. Cozy home away from home. My star kids loved the chalk outside, and the kid fort/patio. Having a space to lock up our luggage before check in was extra perks for sure! And Michelle welcome us an hour early which helped our travel weary crew immensely. We loved cooking and entertaining our small travel crew. With early summer vibes and excellent weather, delicious food trucks, co-op, restaurants within walking distance, and then getting superb nights rest… Michelle’s place was an absolute delight and sanctuary. Our favorite place to stay in Portland yet! Adorable house with beautiful landscaping—we saw a hummingbird feeding on the flowers in the front yard. Small backyard space was secure and the perfect size for our two little dogs. There was even a nice bench to sit on while they ran around. Kitchen is fully stocked and both the bedroom and bathroom were a great size. Within walking distance of the train, and getting to the interstate to venture to other areas of Portland is a breeze. I can’t say enough good things about this place, but I’m also torn because I don’t want to be fully booked the next time we are in Portland. Loved Merideth’s place!

Peter was an outstanding host - quick on communication, helpful with information, and presented a great place for us to stay. This location is 10 minutes from everything in Portland and walking distance from some real gems. Would gladly stay here again. It provided a great space for our family trip!

This is a great place to stay if you are visiting Portland. the house was perfect. loved the neighborhood. easy to get a lyft to go over to Nob Hill, Pearl, or the Japanese Gardens. we also had a huge car and there was always a spot right in front of the house. and of course, I have to mention the heated toilet seat. it's life changing!

Katelin was very accommodating and helpful when we ran into a little glitch on our end. The place was perfect for our needs, beds were comfortable and we loved walking down the street to some nice parks and running track. I would definitely return again and stay at this lovely home.

Excellent location. Very walkable with a ton of places to eat literally next door. Really amazing location. With all that was right outside your door, it was still a very quiet neighborhood. You get the best of both worlds. Parking was no issue for us. We stayed for the weekend. Front porch was really great too, we loved just sitting outside and drinking some coffee.

Loved the place. Super great location with everything within a 15/20minute driving radius. The place was clean and spacious for my partner, three small dogs, and I. The bed was comfortable as well. Would stay here again :)

Our team booked this space for a quarterly planning session, and it could not have been a better fit. The space is clean, comfortable, and well-appointed—ideal for focused work time as well as relaxing breaks. The layout and amenities made it easy for us to collaborate and recharge. Catie is incredibly accommodating and responsive throughout the entire process. We’ve already decided we’ll be using this space again for future off-site sessions. Super impressive comfortable and peaceful AIrBnB. Extraordinarily fine attention to details are evident throughout. Chef's kitchen is superb -- and sets new standard for wonderful place to prepare/cook meals. Nice mix of mini (i) zen gardens (ii) art museum/gallery pieces and (iii) enlightened bookshelves with well rounded reading options. Truly a great AirBnB which showcases lots of careful thought and hardwork -- Well done and thank you again!

With 20+ Airbnb's under my belt, I can safely say: this is in my top three all time best. There wasn't a spec of dirt, chip of paint, or single pet hair—this place is SO lovingly and masterfully kept up. There were three stunning, meticulously landscaped outdoor areas to enjoy—the front porch, the side dining table, and a back deck—and every other need had been anticipated and provided for, without clutter. I personally find a plain innerspring bed the most comfortable, and slept better here than I do at my own home! Neighborhood had a little construction/lawn care noise but was otherwise blissfully quiet. It was so relaxing to be here...I am ill and spend most of my time traveling at "home", and this was a perfect home to relax and enjoy. You could also really "move in" if you were here for an extended stay—lots of open dresser drawers and closet space with hangers. It's not often I think a place is clean enough for a bath, but wouldn't hesitate to enjoy the tub here! Will be back.
