This apartment is not a typical basement apartment, but a bright, newly renovated and cozy apartment with large windows, exposed beams as well as a private dining kitchen and bathroom. From the apartment you look partly into the garden with a small garden pond and to the other side out to the courtyard with garden furniture, which you are welcome to use. The guest suite has its own cozy little garden and a bathroom with a washing machine. There may be two adults. The bed measures 200 x 140 cm. There is a service, electric kettle, fridge and toaster. There is no kitchen. Since the accommodation is very close to Herlev station, the train will be heard. We have a well behaved dog in our part of the garden that you may encounter on your way to the guest suite. You are very welcome. However, we don't want anyone other than you to be in the space.

Welcome to our little annex from 1812. The annex is a nice home kept in a relaxed style. It is located in beautiful surroundings right up to the forest and lake, and is perfect as a quiet workspace or as a quiet guest house. It's an older house that has everything you need. Lovely double bed in the bedroom, fully equipped kitchen. In the living room there is a nice big corner sofa and fireplace.
