The whole family will relax in this quiet place. Located in prime near the forest. These are 4 double rooms with a shared living room and a kitchen, 2 bathrooms and 2 toilets. The apartment is located on the 1st floor of a gradually renovated villa. There are many hiking trails and bike trails nearby. In winter, very suitable for cross-country skiing (Jizerská magistrála) and skis. The accommodation has a garden with a barbecue area, a children's playground, a place to store bikes and skis. The entire apartment is fully equipped.

The apartment is in a very good place in a family house. City center about 10 min walk. Public transit stop in front of the house. Very close is also the popular Jablonecka Dam-use in both summer and winter( bike, inline, bathing, paddleboard, etc.) Train stop about 3 min. walk. Lots of great places to see and a great place to start your trip. Grocery also very close. ( 5 min) In winter, the nearest ski slope by car 15 min. Free parking in front of the house. Pets are no problem.

The hot tub is open all year round for free from 7 pm to 8 pm. Time can be changed as guests need.

In summer, it is possible to come with bikes and enjoy the landscape unique with its beauty. In the winter time, especially during the winter holidays, we prefer to stay for the whole week, i.e. from Saturday.
