Plavecký bazén, sportovní hala a přehrada jsou 2 minuty pěšky, supermarket 5 minut, různé možnosti MHD také v docházkové vzdálenosti, do centra je to pěšky 20 minut. Parkování je možné zdarma na ulici. Běžky a kola si můžete uložit v chodbě.
