Vacation in the middle of nature, mountains, forests and valleys of the Swabian Alps. Our apartment is located on the edge of a small idyllic village of 450 inhabitants (near the city of Balingen) with a corner shop, playground and outdoor swimming pool. On the garden level of a detached house, bright and friendly rooms, a covered terrace with garden area and a fantastic view over the whole valley await you. From your sunbathing area, you can relax and enjoy the view and the tranquility.

The apartment is on the ground floor of an old farmhouse, newly renovated and modernly equipped. Excellently located, between the Black Forest, Lake Constance and Alb. Ideal for 2 people. Living-bedroom with sitting area and double bed, blackout blinds. Fully equipped kitchen: Senseo coffee machine... Daylight bathroom with rainforest shower. The apartment is self-contained, we live upstairs and use the same entrance. The apartment is pet-free, but our cat lives in the house and garden.

Apartment near the Danube Valley, Lake Constance, Swabian Alps

The apartment is on the ground floor. It is simply and functionally furnished. All rooms have daylight windows. In the apartment and on the terrace you have absolute peace. You can walk at the renatured quarry lakes and in the surrounding forests. Some of the quarry lakes have been converted into spacious natural beach baths. A bike path leads right past the house. The Upper Danube Valley, Lake Constance and the Swabian Alps are between 10 and 30 minutes away by car.

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Let your soul wander on the green outskirts of Hausen. Excursion opportunities on the Swabian Alb await you. Bike paths, hikes, bike park, mountain bike trails, cross-country skiing, etc. invite you to exercise and have fun outdoors. The train station is about 10-15 minutes' walking distance. A warm welcome to the rock/ lilac girl Haigerloch. Our cozy apartment is suitable for couples , solo travelers or craftsmen for a short trip or longer stay . Attention for families with small children: No child safety locks on outlets! The playground and pool in the garden are private. The apartment has a small garden area that is demarcated. Playgrounds are in the immediate vicinity and an outdoor swimming pool about 2 minutes away on foot.

We rent an apartment with a bathroom and toilet on the first floor of our house. The bedroom has a large double bed (2 × 2 m). There is also space for a children's travel bed. Adjacent is the bathroom with large shower and separate toilet. Next door is a large living room with a sofa bed as another sleeping option, TV and a cozy dining area. A fully equipped kitchen and washing machine are also available.
