Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Albufeira

Probably the loveliest and cutest holiday rental I have stayed in - actually wished we could have spend more down time in the flat, but there is just a lot to do in Algarve! Everything looks just like in the pictures and Carlos and Eileen have thought of everything guests might need. The highlight is definitely the green garden with the outdoor bathtub. The kitchen is also really well equipped. Carlos and Eileen provided an incredibly detailed virtual guide, which included instructions on how everything works in the flat (including video instructions on how to operate the coffee machine, blinds, etc), as well as loads of great recommendations for restaurants and activities in the area. The bed is up below the ceiling, so it does get a little bit hotter there than in the rest of the flat, but with the aircon (which worked well and pretty quietly) it's totally fine.

Simply amazing, a little piece of paradise! The structure is very complete, the house is beautiful and cozy and the place is super quiet and easy to access. Mrs. Ana and Mr. Jorge were very welcoming, attentive and friendly. Oh, and the oranges are really delicious! And the kitten was our companion and our protector throughout the stay (and that's coming from me, who's afraid of cats hehe) :) We'll be back for sure and recommend with your eyes closed!

Isabel is an extremely warm and welcoming host—she gave great recommendations and was so friendly!! The location is great and the backyard pool is amazing!!!

We spent 8 wonderful days in the villa "Casa vista do mar" - a real paradise. You immediately feel comfortable, surrounded by pure nature with breathtaking views. The vacation home is well equipped, nothing is missing. Thanks to Tobias' directions, the journey from Faro airport was easy. Andrea was at our side on site and provided us directly with information about restaurants, shopping and excursion destinations. We were able to unwind wonderfully and recharge our batteries. The tranquility, the view and the loving care made our stay unforgettable. We recommend this holiday home without reservation and already know: We will come back! Fabulous house and delightful host who even brought a bottle of fizz on ice for a birthday. Peaceful, really quick Kitchen modern very spacious home would recommend.

We stayed in Rafaels villa for a month, and we would return in a heartbeat. Our stay felt like home from home. The villa is spotless and beautifully decorated with everything we needed (no feedback required), and the garden is the perfect private and peaceful place to relax (Pics do not do justice). Great location with restaurants, and supermarkets a short stroll away, and the marina and Albufeira town a very short drive. Our host was friendly, responsive, and went above and beyond with tips, guidance and thought we were crazy with the amount we used his bikes. A definite recommendation if you manage to get availability.

Had an amazing time here and underestimated how good the location is. Easy to jump in and out of the fun of Albufeira and an easy walk to public parking. Marina was super responsive and communicated well. Wish we could stay longer!

An absolutely beautiful place to say, super clean, with comfortable bed , great swimming pool and a ton of little add ons like beach umbrellas were available etc . Both Oliver and Nina were so friendly and accommodating. It’s a truly peaceful place to stay in that gives you very relaxing atmosphere. Can’t wait to go back next year. Thank you to you both for having us.

Nicolo's apartment has a great location within walking distance for all of the old town. The apartment is well equipped and the air conditioner kept us cool at all times. I would recommend the apartment and will be happy to visit in future. Thanks Nicolo.

Beautiful place with a nice balcony, decent water view and in a fantastic part of town. We had an incredible time here, and will absolutely come back and stay here again. Adrianna was so kind and accommodating.

Nuno was definitely a superhost. Proactive about communication and gave us a personal tour/in person check in which could not have been more gracious. Very kind, wonderful person. Apartment was perfect, exactly like the photos. Extremely firm bed. We read the reviews so were aware of the noise which was very loud because of the music festival on nearby beach. Had a little trouble sleeping but that is a trade off for being so centrally located. The location could not be better nor could there be a better host. Thank you so much Nuno!!!

Lovely apartment, very well fitted out, with an amazing view, and perfectly positioned to take full advantage of evening sunset. Excellent host, and very accommodating. I would love to return and would definitely recommend.

Fabulous location! Beach, amazing boardwalk, and town very near, just lots of stairs! But that is beautiful Portugal! Views from porch were fantastic; everything you needed was in the kitchen and it was a very welcoming place. We didn’t use the pool, but it is a good size and well maintained. Master shower is a bit tight, but a big beautiful bath is 5 steps away, so really no big deal. I would definitely book here again if the opportunity arises!

Ana’s place felt like a home away from home, we absolutely fell in love with it! The view from the balcony is just unbeatable, even on a cloudy day we enjoyed spending the day there. You have all the amenities you could need for a few days, and the apartment was just spotless! Communication was easy both with Ana and Joao, they were really helpful and accommodating. Highly recommend the place, and would definitely book again!

if I could give Anita 10 stars I would. Met by the host, in this case Antonio, and shown everything about the apartment, ideas for activities AND given an incredible welcome package that allowed us 2 tired travellers to just relax on the balcony with nibbles etc. and a gorgeous view. Among other things, Beautiful, well stocked kitchen, comfortable bed and living room (love that "cuddle" chair). I could go on and on. You won't regret staying here. We recommend 100%!

Carlota’s place is located in amazing Villa with beautiful surroundings! Amazing beaches to get to and her local recommendations were excellent ! The pool was great but unfortunately due to the weather it was a bit too cold to use and shower facilities were under construction. The only downside is the bed option, as described from the picture, the main bedroom is with 2 twin beds and a sofa bed. One big bed would’ve been more comfortable but breathtakingly beautiful view makes everything ok. We had some issue with laundry machine as it wasn’t in a good condition but we cleaned it and bought strong scent laundry detergent made it usable again! Wonderful memories from the beautiful landscape and activities and especial thanks to warm and heart full neighbor downstairs! Thank you again and it was a pleasant stay!

Stayed here with my mate for a couple days. Really good location if you are planning to spend a lot of time in new town. Also a stones throw away from the beach. Plenty of food options near by in all directions. The places has all amenities you can think of and a TV with Netflix already loaded up. Comfortable beds and a nice balcony.
