The cave house hangs like a swallow's nest on the slope. It is particularly impressive with its fantastic sea view and south-west orientation. In good weather you can see to the neighboring island of Tenerife. Both bedrooms and the living room are located in the cave part of the house. In the extension there is the eat-in kitchen, a bathroom with bathtub, panoramic window and shower as well as the separate toilet/washroom. There is a small terrace and a rooftop terrace with chill-out area and barbecue.

Old 'alpendre' (porch) recently transformed for residential use in Santa Lucía de Tirajana. The alpendre was the house of the animals. The most valued and difficult to keep were the cows. The building is an excellent example of the Modernist or Art Nouveau style of Las Palmas from the early 20th century. Our grandfather acquired the building in 1946, and it has been the family home ever since. We have tried to preserve the essence and flavor of the old days and combine it with new amenities.
