Holiday rentals with a pool in Alcavaneras

Thank you very much for the opportunity to enjoy the silence , fresh air, beautiful views. We really liked everything, very good hostess, responsive , pleasant in communication . A bottle of wine was waiting for us at check-in, which was very nice . We really liked everything.

This is a fantastic place to stay. The house is just as described. Very comfortable and clean, nicely decorated. Right on the water. The sound of the waves on the rocks is wonderful, so relaxing. There is a grocery store a block away and a restaurant on the corner. Incredibly peaceful. The only issue we had was Google did not take us to the right address but Illuminada helped us find it. I would absolutely stay here again if we ever return. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

We absolutely loved our stay at the house. From the moment we arrived, we were surrounded by nature, peace, and the unique charm of this hidden gem. The house itself is beautifully maintained, rustic in all the right ways, comfortable, clean and thoughtfully decorated. A big shoutout to the owners, who were incredibly welcoming and kind. They made sure we had everything we needed and offered great tips about the area. We would absolutely stay here again! ☺️

Alex was a great host, he responded immediately to questions, if there was a problem, he immediately took care of it. The accommodation is super nice, we were able to enjoy a wonderful family vacation in the villa, we grilled delicious food and enjoyed the pool. The kitchen is very well equipped, even many spices were available so you didn't have to buy any. Thank you Alex for your friendly support and we look forward to a next time in one of your houses.

The best place to stay on the island. The valley is green, calm and quiet. Expect clouds during the rainy season.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Juan and Vanessa's! Their cottage is a haven of peace. The place is beautiful, cozy, and spotlessly clean. We immediately feel at home. The large garden and pool are real bonuses, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. Juan and Vanessa are incredibly thoughtful and welcoming hosts, always available to give local tips and make our stay even more enjoyable. The house is located in a quiet location, in the middle of splendid landscapes, ideal for resting while being close to Las Palmas. Highly recommend and hope to be able to come back soon! Once again, thank you for everything!

We are delighted with our stay in Garancor, the house has everything you need to feel at home... our dog Oliva has been very comfortable, it has been a pleasure for the family. I stayed here for one night whilst hiking across Gran Canaria. Horst and his partner were wonderful hosts! The place is the perfect space and I would say a good night’s sleep is almost guaranteed, it’s so dark and quiet. A delicious evening meal and breakfast provided and Horst even gave me a ride into Tunte after check-out. Thoroughly recommended.

We had a great stay at Clemens's. Everything was as described and Clemens was always available for us. We had super tasty oranges and avocados that we were just allowed to pick from the tree! Thank you for this

We loved the whole place, the landscape, the tranquility, the nearby beaches. You need a car to get around, but you can still go for walks. And Jorge is charming

Well where do i start. As a couple we needed to escape reality. We saw Marco and Dunias home . We were unsure whether to book, as we usually stay by the coast and were not sure what to expect being inland. My anxieties were put to rest as soon as we arrived. We were greeted by Marco, who was also very good at informing us prior to going . The property was spotless, as were the grounds. We were given fresh fruit from their beautiful gardens. An aperitif on meeting Dunia, which was amazing and so thoughtful. views are breathtaking, pool to cool down, a local garage with cafe, we recommend, lovely food, cheap drinks, but the most noticeable is how friendly and accommodating the locals and staff are. You will often see Marco there too. This little spot is a piece of paradise and we will return. One piece of advice, the road in and out is full of tight bends, if you are not a confident driver then it is not for you. Thank you Marco and Dunia for a magical stay xx

We really enjoyed our stay at Orlando’s apartment. The view was incredible and you are far away from mass tourism. Everything was great, clean and calm. Thanks Orlando for having us!

This was a very nice, clean apartment overlooking the breach with a huge terrace. Very convenient for Las Palmas beach which has a wide range of restaurants and bars. It's a city beach, so always busy (with locals more than tourists I think) Although the apartment is toward the quieter end. For a city beach, It's beautiful and there is a much quieter, wilder area where the surfers go if you want to get away from the sun-beds. The boardwalk is lovely to walk along, with lots of places to eat and drink. So clean and well maintained. I saw a review of this apartment which said there was nothing to do and you couldn't sunbathe because the beach was covered with seaweed. Neither of these things are even remotely true true. Las Palmas is great if you want a mix of city break and beach with sun, and its authentically Spanish/ Canarian. The company running the apartment were also very helpful to me when I left a bag locked in the place after leaving.

A great place to stay m, Anais was lovely and always helpful everything was accessible either by walking, bus or taxis We would absolutely recommend staying here it was clean and welcoming The pool wasn’t in use due to maintenance which for us was fine so instead of cancelling Anais was helpful by allowing us to check out at 4pm rather than 10 as our flight wasn’t till 8om

Great location, puerto de sardina is such a beautiful area. The host was available to welcome us and was quick to reply if we had any answer. The place was clean, nice terrasse at the top. Thank you very much

Splendid house with spectacular views and nice and friendly host. We were a family of seven and had a fantastic stay in the villa of Isabel, which is very spacious, decorated with taste and well equipped. Suberb!

The house is beautifully decorated and the pool is a great size. It's in a quiet residential area about a 10 minute walk to the beach. There is a large supermarket within 10 minutes walk. There's also a few fast food places there. The main tourist area is about 15 minutes in a taxi. Jael was super responsive and helpful. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. There is no air conditioning which was fine for us as our stay was in April. The only suggestion I would have is that it would have been helpful to have some sort of information in the house about working the appliances, taxi numbers, local recommendations, takeaways, tourist attractions etc. Jael was so really helpful but I felt uncomfortable contacting him all the top. I would definitely recommend this place.

Hi, we had a great time in this beautiful home . I was charmed by its authenticity and modernism. The environment is nice (beautiful pool) just the noise of the road but not as inconvenient as that. The house is well equipped and offers beautiful privacy. Just missing a parasol on the terrace to enjoy the afternoons in the sun.

This is quite simply the loveliest place to stay in Gran Canaria. An authentic Finca set in beautiful surroundings and Xeph is a fantastically friendly and responsive host. Loads to do in the area if you like walking, good food and spectacular views. Alternatively you could spend the whole day by the pool sunbathing and drinking cocktails. We did both! The local village, Santa Lucia is a 5 min drive away and a 25 min walk. We're just trying to work out when we can go back!
