Situado en Santa Rosa una zona muy tranquila de Alcoy para disfrutar de una de las principales ciudades de Alicante, con espectaculares excursiones, un precioso centro modernista y sus puentes. Situado a 10 minutos caminando del Centro histórico. A pocos metros encontraréis cualquier tipo de servicio esencial para vuestra estancia: supermercados, farmacia, cafeterias, restaurantes…. Excelente apartamento totalmente reformado en planta 20 con vistas frontales exclusivas y maravillosas al mar!!! Tiene dos habitaciones y dos baños totalmente reformado y de lujo. En la vivienda caben hasta 6 personas dado que tiene tres camas y el sofá cama. Además tiene piscina y aparcamiento propio. La terraza es muy grande con 14 metros cuadrados estar en la misma es un verdadero lujo.
