Die Unterkunft ist wie auf den Fotos. Super Lage, ein kleiner Supermarkt der lange geöffnet ist, keine 3 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Der Strand ist fast vor der Haustür, was richtig super ist. Für den Preis ist die Unterkunft völlig in Ordnung, wirklich wenig zu bemängeln - die Bettwäsche hat leider nicht wirklich frisch gewirkt. Das Einzige ist, dass der Kampfhund der Nachbarin einen mit aggressivem Gebelle empfängt und verabschiedet, was für Kinder vielleicht etwas einschüchternd sein kann.

Wynajmowany apartament jest dobrze usytuowany, bardzo komfortowy, czysty i dobrze wyposażony. Wokoło jest wiele udogodnień takich jak basen, sauna, siłownia oraz znajduje się blisko plaży (5 minut spacerkiem). Lokalizacja apartamentu znajduje się w spokojnej dzielnicy Benidormu. Z balkonu rozprzestrzenia się piękny widok na morze, plaże i Benidorm. Mieliśmy wspaniałe wakacje i bardzo polecamy ten apartament.

Very friendly and informative host. We were able to check in early, and found the neighborhood easy to navigate and get around. The beach is a short walk away, and there are lots of restaurants around the old town area just nearby. Would absolutely recommend.

Todo ha sido muy fácil con la anfitriona, buena comunicación y buen recibimiento. La casa es preciosa, totalmente reformada, con muy buen gusto y totalmente equipada y limpieza impecable. The apartment in El Campello is modern, light and very well equipped. Whilst it felt like an expanded studio, it was well laid out, had all the perfect design cues and super functional. The hosts provided a beach umbrella and a car parking space that was underground in an electric gated parking area. Access to the beach is a short walk under the tram line, right onto the board walk. The closest supermarket is a short 6-7 minutes walk and well stocked. It really felt like we were in a hotel, especially with the infinity pool and gym. The hosts were responsive and helpful too. The view from the bed of the sea is priceless! A strong recommend.

Had a wonderful stay! The apartment has such a good location, in the most beautiful area of Alicante Center and few minutes away from the beach and port. The street however was quiet and there was plenty of shadow , not needing the AC on. It is close to great restaurants and bars, has a small supermarket and a small restaurant right downstairs. The apartment is wonderful decorated by Thea, the designer who welcome us and who who found the perfect way to integrate the day and night areas in such a comfortable and elegant way. Everything was perfectly clean looking brand new. The communication was great, both Frans and Thea were helping proactively with recommendations and tips.

Absolutely gorgeous apartment in a quiet part of town. The apartment is exactly as described and the view from the balcony is absolutely perfect. The location was perfect for us too, we wanted to be able to go on a night out but did not want to be surrounded by hen dos and stag dos so Xabier’s place was perfect. Had the best time chilling on the balcony or on the beach. A few lovely little restaurants nearby but also a short bus or taxi ride to more choices in town. The garage was an added bonus to park the car on busy days (there is parking outside but it gets busy at the weekend) Finally, Xabier was extremely friendly and accommodating, particularly around checking out time. This was really kind of him and meant our last day was perfect!

Wir sind in unserem Leben schon in vielen Ferienwohnung gewesen. Aber die Ferienwohnung von Isco und seiner Frau hat bei weitem all unsere Erwartungen übertroffen. Nicht nur war die Wohnung sehr charmant und modern eingerichtet, und liegt direkt am Meer sondern Isco war auch ein außergewöhnlicher Gastgeber. Er war stets verfügbar und hat uns angeboten, alle Reservierungen in Restaurants für uns zu übernehmen. Zur Begrüßung und zu Ostern gab es leckere hiesige Delikatessen. Der Service den Isco und seine Frau geboten haben, war wirklich ausnahmslos. Die beiden haben neue Standards in Kundenservice und Gastfreundschaft gesetzt. Wir kommen definitiv wieder - Danke!!!

An apartment located in the beautiful Pueblo Español private area. Close access to a small beach, 2 restaurants a footstep away. The apartment was great with a sea view balcony, and could comfortably house 6 people. We had a great time, and enjoyed the peace and calm of the environment, with the city and its beaches only a kilometer or 2 away. If we ever return to the Alicante area we're sure we'll be staying here again.

Nahir and Alfie met us at the property and were really lovely people who made us feel at home right from the start. Their beautifully appointed apartment was a pleasure to stay in and the view from the roof terrace was awesome. Alicante was great with great food easy to walk around and a fabulous beach.

Ramon was a great host! The place is beautiful and has great views , i liked the apartment set up . It has AC everywhere and was clean . Una auténtica joya. Nos ha encantado nuestra estancia en este alojamiento. Está ubicado en una zona muy tranquila, sin apenas vecinos ni ruidos, lo que nos permitió desconectar por completo. La piscina fue simplemente maravillosa, y el apartamento en sí, impecable: todo muy limpio, cuidado y con una sensación de nuevo que se agradece muchísimo. Cada rincón está pensado al detalle, con muebles de calidad y una decoración con muchísimo gusto. Todo transmite confort y armonía, lo que hizo que nos sintiéramos como en casa desde el primer momento. Sin duda, es un alojamiento especial, de esos que no se encuentran fácilmente. Salimos completamente enamorados, con ganas de repetir en el futuro en el mismo sitio… ¡y ojalá también con los mismos anfitriones! Un agradecimiento especial a Olga, que fue muy amable, atenta y siempre rápida en la comunicación. Ha sido un auténtico placer tratar con ella.

das Apartment und die Lage sind einfach super. man fühlt sich wie Zuhause vom ersten Tag an, die Anlage ist super aufgebaut und zu dem gesichert. wer wirklich abschalten und sich erholen möchte sollte dort hinfahren. wir kommen sicher öfters dorthin. ein großes Lob an euch danke für den tollen Aufenthalt.

Correu tudo bem, a Lesya foi sempre bastante amigável e disponível e só por isso já vale o preço. Para os mais distraídos como nós, a piscina é partilhada. De resto tudo ótimo.

The place is way better than the pics. Imaculate place, super clean, really quite, no noise, great swimming pool, easy parking. We were 5 people and we had enough space for everybody. 2 good rooms and splendid bathroom. Segundo is a really good host always responds quick, he gives clear and straight instructions, he makes goods suggestions and obviously he knows the area pretty well. 100% recommended. We will repeat without any doubt.

Vi hadde en veldig fin uke hos Rafal. Leiligheten er fin, behagelig og ikke minst veldig praktisk. Vi koste oss ekstra med alle bademulighetene. Vi hadde leiebil og med den kom vi oss enkelt til alle plasser. Strendene i området er fantastiske. Vil anbefale en tur til Villajoyosa. Kan absolutt anbefale Rafal sin leilighet til andre.

Das Apartment hat uns sehr gut gefallen, vorallem die schöne Sicht auf das Meer. Das Gebäude, wo sich das Apartment befindet ist auch sehr sauber. Die Menschen vor Ort sehr freundlich und der Pool lädt zum entspannen ein. Es hat uns gefallen, dass es nicht direkt in der Partygegend war und man so seine Ruhe hatte. Das Apartment ist großartig ausgestattet - wir kommen gerne wieder!!

This is a beautiful apartment very close to the beach. There are amazing views of the sea from the living area, terrace and main bedroom. Angelo was punctual and helpful at check-in and everywhere was super clean. Excellent communication with the hosts and some minor issues were dealt with promptly. We had a car and drove into central Altea every day, but I'm guessing it's about a 25 minute walk. There is a very good supermarket close by and a few restaurants. We will be back!
