Access is very easy next to the road cv-70, and you can fully disconnect in nature, discover this authentic region, do walks, kayak at the lake, cycle, eat at many local restaurants etc. We have a huge wood pergola, water from citern, solar electricity with 5kw batery, 2 showers.

The kitchen area includes a sofa bed for comfort, but it is not considered an official sleeping place. Located in Santa Rosa, a very quiet area of Alcoy to enjoy one of the main cities of Alicante, with spectacular excursions, a beautiful modernist center and its bridges. Located a 10-minute walk from the historic center. A few meters away you will find any type of essential service for your stay: supermarkets, pharmacy, cafes, restaurants…. The property has a newly renovated elevator.
