Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Alcoi

Had a wonderful stay at Jose apartment, great location, particularly for the old town, and the beach is only a 10 minute walk away. We stayed at the apartment for four weeks and had planned to visit the Mercado to shop, which is 5 minutes away and cook the majority of meals. However, we found a few local tapas bars and ended up only cooking 5 meals during the whole period, there are some real gems if you look. We are planning forward to return before Christmas. Jose is a top host too, very responsive and helpful. Enjoy his apartment and Alicante!

Staying at Alba’s place truly felt like being at home. The apartment was spotless, well-maintained, and incredibly comfortable. Despite being right in the heart of Alicante, it was surprisingly peaceful and quiet—perfect for rest and relaxation after a day of exploring. Alba was a fantastic host, and it’s clear she puts great care into making her guests feel welcome and at ease. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Absolutely amazing stay at Dorian’s place. The location is perfect, you are practically on the beach! It is about 30 min walk to the centre, but we actually preferred being this side of the rock and away from the business. Dorian has provided everything you need for your stay, the apartment is decorated beautifully and was spotlessly clean. Of course as it is an apartment in flats there is some expected noise but considering the location is right on the promenade it is very quiet and mainly you can just hear the noise of the sea! Our main regret is that we did not stay for longer. Thank you again Dorian!

An apartment located in the beautiful Pueblo Español private area. Close access to a small beach, 2 restaurants a footstep away. The apartment was great with a sea view balcony, and could comfortably house 6 people. We had a great time, and enjoyed the peace and calm of the environment, with the city and its beaches only a kilometer or 2 away. If we ever return to the Alicante area we're sure we'll be staying here again.

Laura's place is from the moment you step into it an amazing nook with fantastic energy. Everything you might need is there. Located in a center of Alicante, it gave the feel of a constant buzz and center of happenings. Absolute 10/10.

We had a great stay at Desislava's apartment. His Airbnb is really complete, nothing is missing, everything is designed to make you feel at home. The apartment is ideally located, close to everything: beach, restaurants, shops... We didn't even need a car to fully enjoy our stay in Alicante. The accommodation is very clean, perfectly maintained, and in addition to that, Desislava is a lovely host, very kind and understanding. It's really nice to deal with someone so human and available. Usually, we book hotels for our holidays, but here we felt even better than in a hotel: the intimacy, the comfort, the location... everything was perfect. Don't hesitate for a second to book with her, and for our part, if we return to Alicante, it will be without hesitation at Desislava's!

This place is amazing well worth the money, Maria was lovely , very helpful and full of suggestions of what to do , places to see and how to get there, responded very quick when I needed some information.. the area is handy for eating and transport . The apartment was beautiful, very spacious, well equipped and very clean. I would definitely recommend and would book again thank you

I stayed here for 3 nights with my family, including our 6 month old, and it was wonderful. The pictures actually don't do it justice in terms of how incredible the view is from the living room and the balcony. Yana & Nil's were super responsive and made sure we checked in okay - navigating the car elevator was a fun added adventure and their instructions could not have been more detailed and easy to follow. Clean, spacious, well equipped kitchen, and great location near the beach and restaurants. Saving this one if we ever come back and stay in Altea again!

If you want to go from cottage to a quiet area,which has a bit of everything,and above all cleanliness, something that at least I value a lot,this is your home!We spent a weekend with friends and children,and the truth is that there was everything so as not to be cold or warm,very well equipped, thank you Amparo for lending us your house♡

The stay in Teresa's villa was a real pleasure - located in a very nice and quiet area, with a spacious and well-kept garden where our dog could play, as it is pet friendly. The house is very clean, very comfortable and cool thanks to the impeccable air conditioning. We will definitely repeat, 100% recommended.

A perfect place to disconnect with family or as a couple. The villa is in perfect condition, all the rooms have air conditioning, good terrain to take the dog, and the hosts are charming. We'll be back if we can in the summer to enjoy the pool. 10 out of 10

We were 4 couples with small children aged 0-2 years. All the rooms were well equipped and we felt very welcome. In addition, Anne was very attentive and they were looking out for us at all times. We would definitely repeat.

Beautiful accommodation, had everything you need. We recommend renting a car to be more mobile.

The view is spectacular and there are plenty of large windows and balconies to enjoy it! The house is modern with high ceilings and well equipped. We will be back for sure!

In general, we had a good time in this apartment. It matches the description. Very close to the beach. It is clean, tidy and has a lot of things for a comfortable stay. It was a little uncomfortable that there was no hot water in one bathroom and cold water was flowing all the time, even after we asked to change the gas cylinder. And you also need to take into account the presence of Spanish small ants, but they could be fought with a special spray that the owners left us. And unfortunately, poor soundproofing - despite the fact that the apartment is on the 5th floor - you hear absolutely everything that happens there in the evening and at night. But if you love to walk until late and party, then this is definitely the perfect place to relax and location! Irene is a very polite and attentive hostess. And everything we asked for was taken into account. Thanks for the vacation!

We had a great time. The apartment is very comfortable and complete, it has everything you need, kitchenware, appliances, etc., it's also clean and the decoration is ideal. The complex's pool is very large, with 2 slides, both my daughter and we had a great time, the beach bar is large and has several tables. To go to the beach you have to walk about 5 meters but it is a pleasant walk. Sonia is very kind, we had good communication and she made everything very easy for us, she is a very good host, she had prepared a basket with breakfast products for us. We will definitely repeat.

José Luis is a very friendly host who takes his time to show you around the complex. Responds immediately to a question you ask. The apartment and surroundings are beautiful, located on a beautiful promenade, directly on a beautiful beach

The accommodation was very good and Miriam was very helpful both before and during our stay. The accommodation was very nice and had everything you needed. The beach outside the apartment is great and there were many good restaurants nearby. A big plus with a paddle court and pool on the property. I would have really recommended this accommodation!

Thank you Seawings for our stay in May 2025. Apartment was as clan, all beds felt like new and as described. Communication was very fast and responsive. Perfect amenities and very clean lots of thing to do even with a 9yr old. Just a brisk 25 min walk to Benidorm old town.
