A nice entrance hall leads us to the living area, where the fully equipped kitchen converge with everything you need, dining room and a spacious living room with flat TV. The huge windows guide us to an excellent size garden, furnished with 2 comfortable sun loungers, sofas and a swing to admire a dream view of the Mediterranean Sea, of an unimaginable turquoise. Kilometers of fine sand await you for walking, jogging or just looking and hearing the blush of the waves from their spectacular holiday apartment. The salt pool (Not heated) and its beautiful garden will make them for unforgettable afternoons with family or friends. Each apartment has its own private entrance. You have to climb a few small steps, not suitable for people with limited mobility. It is not possible to barbeque. A house where the presence of the sea is the protagonist, decorated with great simplicity and lots of light, where everything invites you to relax and contemplate its wonderful sunsets. The house is very functional, new and practical. Just down the stairs you will find a sunbathing area, a solarium and a pool ladder to enter the sea. The bottom is sandy so it has a turquoise color and you have the feeling of bathing in a huge and natural pool. A 2-minute walk away is the small beach with hammocks, a very practical terrace bar if you have small children and where you can eat. A 7-minute walk from the house is one of the best golf courses with ocean views and a magnificent restaurant. The walk to the lighthouse with the entire pebble beach is one of my favorites because of the water quality. Aucanada enjoys the tranquility of a residential development with the advantage of being close to both Alcudia town and the port of Alcudia if you want more atmosphere, hustle and bustle, and lots of restaurants and shops of all kinds. Renting a car is essential to visit Mallorca.
