A nice entrance hall leads us to the living area, where the fully equipped kitchen converge with everything you need, dining room and a spacious living room with flat TV. The huge windows guide us to an excellent size garden, furnished with 2 comfortable sun loungers, sofas and a swing to admire a dream view of the Mediterranean Sea, of an unimaginable turquoise. Kilometers of fine sand await you for walking, jogging or just looking and hearing the blush of the waves from their spectacular holiday apartment. The salt pool (Not heated) and its beautiful garden will make them for unforgettable afternoons with family or friends. An apartment designed for our most demanding guests, with a unique location to enjoy an unforgettable vacation. The crystal clear water and fine sand beach with direct access through its garden is a point that will not go unnoticed. Truly a unique experience. The apartment has cold air conditioning and heat by conduit in all rooms. The suite also has a toilet and laundry room. Garage. The apartment is ground floor, the upper apartment is also optional in case of being available as it is rented separately (ask before). Garden, pool and garage are exclusive use for this apartment. Each apartment has its own private entrance. You have to climb a few small steps, not suitable for people with limited mobility. It is not possible to barbeque. Additional costs not included in the price and are paid separately upon arrival. For an effective booking there can be no more than two days between bookings. Final cleaning: €250.
