Waterfront holiday rentals in Alcudia beach

Maria, die Hausbesitzerin, war super freundlich, gut gelaunt, kinderfreundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem sehr zentrale Lage, und hat ein unbeschriebene Blick von der großartige Terrasse an Meer. Alles was man brauchen kann, gibt im Wohnung. Einkaufsmöglichkeit, Restaurant, Beach alles in 2-3 Minuten Nähe. Wir würden gerne wieder kommen. Gruß aus München.

Beautiful apartment in a magnificent location. A very short stroll to the restaurants and shops with little beaches right outside. The views from the balcony were outstanding and we often ate out there. I’m a keen cook and another stand out from this place is how well stocked with equipment the kitchen is, it’s got everything you need. Loads of thoughtful touches here, right down to the beach towels and deck chairs. Highly recommend!

Nous avons passé un séjour merveilleux ! Joana est d'une gentillesse rare, toujours disponible, réactive et d'une grande honnêteté. Son appartement est tout simplement superbe : décoré avec goût, impeccablement propre et idéalement situé, les pieds dans l'eau. Un vrai coin de paradis que je recommande les yeux fermés !

Mein Aufenthalt in dieser Unterkunft war sehr angenehm. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war hervorragend – dieser hat immer schnell auf meine Nachrichten geantwortet und war sehr hilfsbereit. Die Unterkunft selbst war sauber, gut ausgestattet und bot alles, was wir benötigten. Die Lage war ebenfalls ideal – in nur 10-15 Minuten waren wir in der Stadt. Alles in allem eine tolle Erfahrung, die ich definitiv weiterempfehlen kann!

Maria’s apartment was fabulous, right across from the beach. Lots of restaurants and coffee shops only a short walk away. Such a beautiful view to enjoy each day. The apartment had everything we needed. We had a couple of minor issues during our stay but Maria couldn’t have been more accommodating and helpful, all of which was resolved within hours of reporting the problem. Highly recommend.

excelente el apartamento!! la vista es un espectáculo, todo super limpio, la cama muy cómoda y te dan toallas para la playa. el lugar es muy tranquilo y con un montón de servicios cerca, la playa enfrente muy bonita. Pasamos hermoso!

Claudia was really helpful and friendly. The apartment is just as described, right on the beach, small supermarkets close by as well as a taxi rank. It's a 20min walk to the waterpark and Lidl, lots of restaurants close by and the Airport bus drops you right across the street. We had a fabulous stay and wouldn't hesitate to come back.

Toplocatie! Zeer ruime finca en grote tuin. Met veel zorg is de tuin ingericht met planten, bomen, hangmatten en zitjes in de zon en schaduw. Voor de kinderen waren het zwembad, pooltafel en dartbord geweldig. Je waant je in een rustige omgeving boven op een soort berg, terwijl je binnen 10 minuten lopen bij een supermarkt en restaurantjes in de haven bent. We hebben een fijne vakantie gehad. Aanrader!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez notre hôte à deux pas de la très belle plage de Muro et à quelques dizaines de minutes de marche en bord de mer du centre de Alcudia ( accessible aussi très facilement en bus ) : c’est le paradis pour des vacances au bord de la mer ou en montagne (rando et vélo ) tout est proche et accessible avec de magnifiques paysages, villes et villages environnants. Quant à la maison elle est splendide (très bien décorée et son jardin est superbe) pratique et agréable à vivre et bien équipée à l intérieur comme à l extérieur (de nombreux salons de jardins en terrasses , ombragés , au soleil ou les pieds dans l herbe sont accessibles en fonction des moments de la journée ainsi qu espace Abrité autour du barbecue très accueillant. On se sent chez soi et On peut y passer des vacances avec des petits enfants (chambres pensées pour et espaces jeux et tout est de plain-pied ) . Les hôtes sont très accueillants et réactifs à tout instant .merci !

L'appartamento è fornito di ogni confort. Ottima la pulizia e la posizione, isolata come piace a me. Abbiamo trascorso una settimana di piacevole relax. Jaume è stato sempre reattivo e cordiale. Un ottimo rifugio nel quale tornare sicuramente. La strada per arrivare non è asfaltata, ma è sufficiente fare attenzione e non si corre alcun pericolo di rovinare la macchina. FORTEMENTE CONSIGLIATO

Logement très bien équipé et très propre. Nombreuses serviettes de douches disponible, machine à laver à disposition avec tout les produits nécessaires. Logement très bien situé, proche du port et des restaurants et autres activités à pied. Justo est un super hôte. Il est très réactif, très humain, nous avons pu le rencontrer et c est vraiment quelqu’un de bien. Si vous avez le moindre soucis il saura vous aider et est très réactif. De sympathiques attentions vous sont laissées à l arrivée. Nous avons passé un super moment, nous recommandons fortement ce logement.

Super Lage mit Meerblick! Die Unterkunft war angenehm sauber. Was mir besonders gut gefiel, war, dass schon einige Dinge wie Spülmittel, Geschirrspültaps, Kaffeetaps vor Ort waren. Alles hat sehr gut geklappt. Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub!

Marti’s home is fabulous - located in a quiet area and it is so well equipped .Their home is beautifully decorated with beautiful original paintings. The beds are very comfortable and the linen and towels are of very high quality. We were able to use the kayak which was great. We highly recommend this stay.

Amazing location and beautiful home. Perfect for a family! We had a lovely holiday. The only downside was the comfortability of the beds downstairs, more pillows and towels could be provided. Très confortable et calme la proximité avec la plage et les restaurants de can Picafort est très appréciable pour sortir et aller à la plage, le quartier est très calme. L’appartement est grand et confortable C’était un super séjour !

Da wir keinen Mietwagen gebucht, sondern unkompliziert mit dem Linienbus vom Flughafen nach S' Illot gefahren sind, wurden wir von Mabel sehr herzlich und persönlich empfangen und zur Wohnung gebracht. Bereits von zu Hause standen wir in Verbindung und wurden jederzeit gut unterstützt. Auch während unsres Aufenthaltes gab sie uns viele Tipps und Anregungen für Ausflüge und Restaurants.Bei Fragen war sie stets erreichbar. In der Wohnung, die ruhig am Ortsrand liegt, fühlten wir uns ausgesprochen wohl. Sie ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man für einen schönen Urlaub braucht. Die Strände und die Lokale/ Geschäfte sind fußläufig gut zu erreichen. Da wir nur zu zweit waren und auch nicht kochen, kamen wir ohne Auto zurecht. Wir haben einen sehr schönen Urlaub hier verlebt und würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

This property is excellent we were adults 3 & stayed for 5 nights. Every little detail had been thought of & the property was spotless on arrival. Antoni was the perfect host very quick to respond. Excellent bed linen & towels even beach towels provided. Beautiful equipped kitchen we made the most of the coffee machine & wonderful to have the water dispenser & 20 litres of water at no extra cost. The pool was great & wonderful to have a choice of places to sit & sunbath in private. Short walk to beach & restaurants. We would definitely stay again.

Wir haben uns zum zweiten Mal für diese schöne Unterkunft aufgrund der super Lage, der tollen Terrasse und der Nähe zum Strand, Restaurants und Geschäften entschieden. Toni hat uns sehr gastfreundlich empfangen, war immer erreichbar und vor allem hat es möglich gemacht, dass wir schon viel früher einchecken konnten. Wir kommen mit Sicherheit wieder, vorausgesetzt, dass das Apartments frei wird. Wir können jedem die Unterkunft empfehlen!

Superbe maison avec tout ce que ce qu’il faut (draps de bain en suffisance, chouette matériel enfants). À proximité de supermarchés, restaurants, magasins en tout genre. Très chouette piscine (jamais eu une eau aussi chaude en juin … le bonheur!). Plage à 5min. Très bonne communication avec la propriétaire, toujours disponible, aimable et utile. Je recommande!

El departamento es hermoso, las camas muy comodas, todo muy limpio y con todos los accesorios para cocinar. Hay muchos restaurante cerca y la playa de Alcúdia es de las mas lindas! Super recomendable

Die beim Check in bei AirBnB angegebene Lage ist um 3 Häusern verschoben aber trotzdem noch schnell zu finden. Ansonsten alles top, Lage in erster Reihe zum Wasser und wunderschöne Aussicht. Die Küche hat alle Utensilien die man gebrauchen kann. Extrem bequeme Betten! Der Gastgeber Joan ist sehr gut erreichbar. Parkplätze rund ums Haus kostenlos. Kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.😃

We have a lovely stay at Maria’s place and she is such a fantastic host! Very responsive and knowledgeable, which was much appreciated. The place itself is very nice, it was a great location for our family and you will be comfortable with or without a car. Thank you for your hospitality Maria!
