Sehr tolle Unterkunft in einer ruhigen Gegend. Die Unterkunft ist gut ausgestattet und hat alles was man benötigt. In den beiden Schlafzimmern befindet sich keine Klimaanlage und nur Ventilatoren, dadurch war es trotz Klimaanlage im Wohnzimmer eher warm in den beiden Schlafzimmern. Ansonsten kann ich die Unterkunft sehr empfehlen.

We really enjoyed our stay in Kisten's beautiful house. The house was absolutely perfect for our group of 12 people and a small child. The garden with the pool area and the outdoor kitchen were the absolute best but the whole house is fantastic. Robbie, who looks after the house and garden, was nice and helpful and we are super happy with our trip.

L'appartamento è fornito di ogni confort. Ottima la pulizia e la posizione, isolata come piace a me. Abbiamo trascorso una settimana di piacevole relax. Jaume è stato sempre reattivo e cordiale. Un ottimo rifugio nel quale tornare sicuramente. La strada per arrivare non è asfaltata, ma è sufficiente fare attenzione e non si corre alcun pericolo di rovinare la macchina. FORTEMENTE CONSIGLIATO

La casa es preciosa: cómoda, práctica y decorada con mucho mimo, con un patio súper bonito. Se nota el gusto y el cariño en cada estancia. La responsable de todo esto es Cati. Ha sido una anfitriona excepcional; ha estado pendiente en todo momento, nos ha aconsejado actividades y restaurantes, entre otros, siempre con una predisposición y una amabilidad de 10. En definitiva, ha hecho posibles unas vacaciones muy bonitas, con ratos de relax y también con mucha actividad, yéndonos con la sensación que hemos aprovechado mucho los días. Volveremos seguro!

Wat een ongelooflijke plek is dit! Als je een prachtig en rustig plekje zoekt met een wonderschoon uitzicht, zoek dan niet verder! De host Mendi verwelkomt je hartelijk bij aankomst en geeft je een tour van het huis, maar laat je verder in ruste vakantie vieren (al is hij altijd bereikbaar als je vragen heb). Verder heb ik nog nooit zo'n uitgebreide keuken gehad in een Airbnb (daar word ik als hobbykok erg gelukkig van), en mocht je toch iets missen, dan was Mendi altijd bereid om je wat te lenen. Het terras bij het zwembad is ook prachtig, en vanaf einde ochtend heeft het de hele dag zon. Perfect voor mensen die een dagje naar het strand willen, maar verder bij willen bruinen in een oase van rust. De ezels maken je uitzicht compleet! Ook vonden wij het erg leuk dat je aan elke kant van het huis openslaande deuren had, met ieder een eigen terras met apart doel (zwembad, BBQ, keuken, terras). Daardoor stond alles heel fijn in contact met elkaar, zelfs als je andere activiteiten deed.

La casa de Miquel y Rosa no sería tan buena si ellos no fueran los dueños. Tuvieron la amabilidad de esperarnos incluso llegando tarde por un retraso de nuestro vuelo. Fueron cordiales y dejaron muchas cosas en nuestro recibimiento. La casa brillaba de limpio (creo que jamás habíamos estado en un Airbnb tan limpio). Es cómoda y espaciosa para una familia (nosotros éramos 4 adultos y dos pequeños niños). Con respecto a la ubicación, es cómoda para caminar a la zona céntrica de Can Picafort, y a 3 minutos andando de la playa. En caso que te muevas por toda la isla como nosotros, está a 200 metros de la carretera que te lleva a muchos otros lugares de Mallorca. Se puede aparcar en la puerta (al menos durante Junio, no sé cómo será en temporada más alta). Definitivamente volveremos y recomendamos enérgicamente este alojamiento. Todo perfecto! This was a beautiful residence. Will definitely be returning. The view is incredible and it has everything you need for a peaceful retreat.

Die Unterkunft war für uns als Gruppe wirklich super. Es war alles sauber und es gab super viele Sitz- und Liegemöglichkeiten. Es war genau das vorhanden, was Catalina auch in ihrer Beschreibung stehen hat. Die Mücken sind durch den See bisschen penetrant, aber darauf waren wir vorbereitet. Die Kommunikation lief super.

Spacious, centrally located and a great affordable find in a high end destination such as Deia. Several large rooms in a classic Spanish style over two floors with a balcony, with everything you need to be comfortable. Great views of the town, mountains and even the sea. Near to bus stops and we were really impressed with the island bus service which met all of our travel needs - much easier than driving/parking. Kitchen was great for snacks and drinks. With loads of restaurants and bars nearby, we didn't bother with cooking. A very minor drawback, outside the hosts' control, was the location is on a busy corner of the road with lots of daytime traffic and footfall. Although you can hear beautiful live classical music in the evenings, there were also a few noisy wedding discos. Quiet on a night and able to sleep fine. Thanks for the bottle of wine.

We had a fantastic stay and would absolutely recommend this Airbnb! Elsa was a wonderful host—friendly, flexible, and incredibly thoughtful. She even made us a delicious paella during our stay. I had mentioned needing reliable internet for remote work, and Elsa went out of her way to get a new router installed. The connection was fast and consistent the entire time. The beds were very comfortable, and the room gets perfectly dark at night—ideal for my partner who’s a light sleeper. While there is some road noise outside that slightly detracts from the otherwise lovely backyard, the house itself is completely silent when the windows are closed. It's worth noting that the second bedroom is separated by a folding wall rather than a solid one. Having a car is recommended. Beautiful beaches are a 5–10 minute drive away, and the town of Santanyí is 12 minutes by car. Free street parking is available. A truly relaxing and memorable experience. Thank you, Elsa!

Muy bien todo. Tuvimos un problema con la lavadora, Miguel estuvo pendiente en todo momento hasta que el problema se resolvió. La casa muy bonita, vista preciosa. Muy recomendable

This apartment is a real gem. Such a comfortable and homely place to stay and come back to after a day out on the beach. Loved the balconies and the swimming pool. The bakery over the road is a real bonus and it was easy to walk to the beach even for my 91 year old Mum! Also think it was the most beautiful cove. Great selection of restaurants - we tried many! Everything was perfect and I would be happy to recommend to family and friends. A lovely relaxing week - thank you.

We had an absolutely fantastic long weekend in Mallorca, largely thanks to Ed & Wayne’s wonderful apartment. It’s fully equipped with everything you could need and located in a truly stunning spot in Port de Sóller – waking up to the view over the bay was pure joy. Everything was perfectly taken care of, and communication was smooth and warm. Highly recommended!

Sehr ruhige Lage. seitlicher Meerblick. Vor der Tür war immer ein Parkplatz frei . Auf dem großen Balkon konnten wir wunderbar entspannen, waren aber auch schnell am Strand. Gekühlte Getränke lagen bei unserem Eintreffen im Kühlschrank bereit . Im Haus gibt es einen Fahrstuhl. Die Kommunikation war super die Besitzerin spricht fließend deutsch. WLAN lief super deutsches Fernsehen ist möglich aber wer will das schon wenn er aufs Meer schauen kann. Gerne wieder.

Ein herrlicher Platz nicht weit vom mehr (Portocolom) mit schöner Terasse und Poolbereich in absolut ruhiger Umgebung. Topp für Radtouren und Läufe in die Umgebung.

Really nice place. Be careful with taxis's and the address. My fault - I don't know there are lots of number 75s! Pay attention to the photo's provided - I didn't ;( Very close to the end of Pine Walk - just off it but very close. Everything was really clean and comfortable. Had everything we needed for a nice weeks break.

We enjoyed our visit to Ana's place. The place was big, clean and well-organized. Honestly, amenities were more than what we need. Her husband was easy-to-communicate and ready to take care of anything that could go wrong. He also made local suggestions to us. A great house to pick and avoid any potential worries regarding where you will stay during your trip to Mallorca.

Die Unterkunft ist wirklich wunderschön. Der Ausblick und die Sonnenuntergänge sind atemberaubend. Das Haus ist auch nicht hellhörig was super ist vor allem wenn man mit Kindern reist. Die Betten sind groß und gemütlich. Die Ausstattung in der Küche könnte etwas großzügiger sein, aber war auch überhaupt nicht schlimm. Es waren nicht genug kleine Schüsseln, große Löffel und auch Weingläser vorhanden. Einmal wollte der Gärtner um 10 Uhr auf dem Grundstück die Hecke schneiden, als wir ihn baten zu gehen hat er sehr nett reagiert. Das Haus ist ansonsten auch super gelegen, man kommt überall sehr schnell hin. Ein großer Pluspunkt war auch das man noch das aufheizen des Pools dazubuchen konnte. Das Wasser war somit im Mai sehr angenehm zum schwimmen. Ich kann die Unterkunft sehr empfehlen und würde jeder Zeit wieder kommen.

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit in dieser Villa. Die Grösse ist perfekt und die Ausstattung auch ideal. Sie ist schön eingerichtet, ohne grossen Schnickschnack. Die Lage hat uns besonders gut gefallen. Die Nähe zu Port Pollença, Pollença, Alcudia und Port Alcudia war super mit einer riesigen Auswahl an Restaurants. Trotzdem ist die Villa sehr ruhig und privat gelegen. Wir würden definitiv wieder kommen. Auch die Kommunikation mit Barbara hat super funktioniert. Einzig der Check-out um 09:00 Uhr haben wir sehr früh empfunden. Wurde dann doch noch etwas stressig vor der Abreise. Aber dies kann man sicher im Voraus mit Barbara besprechen und anders abmachen. Wir bedanken uns für die schöne Zeit und die wunderschöne Unterkunft!

It’s my first time to travel to Mallorca I was very happy can stay in such nice Haus. We all had very nice memory there.

Am liebsten würden wir zehn Sterne vergeben – noch nie zuvor hat uns ein Ferienhaus so verzaubert. Der Abschied ist uns wirklich sehr schwer gefallen. Das Haus ist in jeder Hinsicht perfekt: ein romantischer Garten, ein traumhafter (beheizbarer) Pool und eine von Sylvie, der herzlichen Vermieterin, mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtete, stilvolle Innenausstattung. Wir mieten oft über Airbnb, aber selten funktioniert alles so reibungslos – von starkem Wasserdruck über optimal temperierbares Wasser bis zur außergewöhnlichen Sauberkeit. Auch die Küche und die Bäder lassen keine Wünsche offen. Der Gärtner sorgt regelmäßig für einen gepflegten Garten, der Pool ist makellos. Das Haus liegt im landschaftlich besonders reizvollen Norden der Insel, mit dem Mietwagen oder Taxi ist man in 5 Minuten in Pollenca oder Port Pollenca und auch Palma ist in 45 Min. erreichbar. Das Haus ist ein idealer Ausgangspunkt, um die Schönheiten der Insel zu entdecken. Wir empfehlen Pont Petit von ganzem Herzen!

The house is situated right above Fornalutx, connected to the village via an old hiking trail. We did not have a car and walked into town for groceries and restaurants. There are also many lovely hikes, which are within walking distance - Barranc de Biniaraix and Cuber, Cala Tuent and of course (Port de) Sóller. Make sure, however, to also spend a rest day in the house to enjoy the sun (from 9am to the evening) and pool. Sitting in the shade, listening to the sounds of birds, sheep and goats was very relaxing. We will be back for sure.

Das Anwesen war technisch auf höchstem Niveau und baulich hervorragend ! Der große Garten mit den Früchten ,ein zusätzliches Erlebnis um frische Säfte zum Frühstück zu genießen. Ein Highlight einen so großen und schönen Pool zu haben. Rundherum einfach super! Kleines Manko waren die Auflagen der Gartenmöbel….
