Monthly Rentals in Aldtsjerk

We booked this stay as a gift for my parents. The cottage is cozy, clean and fully furnished. Everything you need is there - from fine lighting to good blackout curtains and a wonderful bed. The bathroom was fresh and comfortable, with a nice shower and plenty of towels. The garden is spacious and quiet, with a cozy seating area. Inside, there are fun games, which is a nice alternative to a TV. The kitchen is compact, but practical with an air fryer and hob. The only downside: there was no freezer compartment. The contact with Anita was great. She is very friendly, welcomes you warmly and had decorated the cottage extra nicely for the occasion. She also gave great tips about the area. The location is quiet, yet close to Dokkum and Leeuwarden. Parking was also easy. All in all, a very successful stay.

A beautiful cottage on the Dokkumer Ee. The opportunity to ride canoes and SUPs - right in front of the living room - is great. The location is very quiet, perfect for relaxing. Hagar is even more perfect! A super nice hostess, always explaining things, very helpful.

We felt very comfortable at Linda's. The house and garden have a special charm. It was exactly as we had wished and expected. Many thanks to Linda!!

Super nice, clean and comfortable house, in the countryside and yet close to Leeuwarden. We stayed here with our two children because of a wedding nearby, and Inez's house was a very nice, quiet 'home base' these days. We enjoyed the wide view (with deer and hares in the meadows!), the croaking of the frogs and the luxury wellness. Thank you again, Inez!
