We spent one night in the apartment and were very satisfied. The check-in was easy and we quickly found our way around. Unfortunately, the cleaning lady was not finished by 5 pm, so we went shopping. The parking spaces in the street are very limited, but there is a free parking space 5 minutes away. The apartment is superbly equipped, you are 15 minutes by car from the race track and 10 minutes on foot from the city center. Overall, we were very satisfied with the accommodation and would definitely come back.

Gregory himself was an absolute god-send of a host! Embodies everything a guest would look for. responsive, kind and incredibly welcoming. The apartment was beautiful with scenic views, clean and as described. Very simply instructions from Gregory and he was also less than 10 minutes away and was happy to help with any small queries. This property worked well is coming to Le Mans for the MotoGP. It is close to the tram line but far enough away to be quiet..

The accommodation was really very clean, very well furnished and equipped. Close to the city center, train station and rather easy parking near the apartment. We enjoyed our stay, if I had a comment to make it would be the lack of a shutter or blackout curtain in the bedroom.

Clean, comfortable place close to centre of town but quiet. A big plus was the balcony as we were there in hot weather. Would stay there again.
