Successful family weekend, partly thanks to Ludivine's house! Arrival independently with very clear instructions. The house was clean and the beds made upon arrival. The 3 toilets and 2 bathrooms are a good advantage. The house has everything you need to accommodate a large number of people. The house is close to the port and the Super U. The historic center is about 20/30 minutes' walk. The host is very responsive when needed. We had a pleasant time in this house!

Sandrine and Jérôme are extremely attentive and very welcoming hosts. We enjoyed the small jar of jam (homemade) that was waiting for us when we arrived. :) The accommodation is particularly well decorated and very convenient. A perfect stay in an idyllic setting! We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful house, tastefully decorated, impeccably clean and very well furnished. Every detail is designed for the comfort and tranquility of the guests. The big favorite: the incredible view of the pond located directly on the land, ideal for a morning walk or simply to enjoy the calm from the moment you wake up. We recommend this address with our eyes closed, a real little corner of paradise to discover without hesitation!

I was in Le Mans for the 24 hour race and the place was perfect. Clean, quiet, and easy to get to the track. Thomas was very helpful and responsive.

We spent 3 days in this lovely house. Good communication with Natalia ahead of our arrival, who was welcoming and accommodating about schedules. The accommodation is very well located in the heart of Mortagne au Perche, shops are a few meters walk away, which is very convenient and it is also easy to park 2 steps away. Nice places nearby including the bar/wine cellar “le Silo”. The house is very well equipped in terms of kitchen, and with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 wc is perfect! The staircase to the second bedroom can be a little steep for some but secure. The apartment is central but very quiet, it was a very nice stay!

We had a great weekend in this charming cottage! The owner's welcome was warm and attentive. The accommodation is atypical, very well equipped, and every nook and cranny has a surprise. The rooms are pleasant, the bedding comfortable, and the whole place has a unique atmosphere. However, the charm of the old must be appreciated, because that is what makes the place so special. The setting is beautiful, perfectly located between city and nature, which allows you to fully enjoy the calm while remaining close to amenities. Mrs. Short Circuit and company, thank you very much for your kindness😊.

Very pretty house full of charm in the heart of the medieval city of Sainte Suzanne and Chammes. A house decorated with great taste, mixing the old and the contemporary. The kitchen is very functional with an adjoining room for the washing machine and dryer. 3-storey house with a very beautiful oak staircase. A toilet on each floor. 2 bedrooms with bathroom on the 2nd floor and 1 bedroom with 3 single beds on the 2nd floor and its private bathroom. Very good bedding. A nice little enclosed garden with a gas barbecue and a nice swing. Everything was great, I recommend this place 100%. Lots of board games and comics

We recommend the cottage of Pépé with our eyes closed! The place is charming, quiet, ideally located, and you feel at home. The cottage was impeccable, communication with the hosts was easy and we enjoyed meeting Guylaine who took the time to tour the house when we arrived!

We came as a family over 4 days to attend the 24 hours of Le Mans. The price of the accommodation was attractive compared to others for less good services. Fabrice was present before, during, and after our stay. We were greeted by his Father for the inventory and key exchange and there a real Happiness. He gave us plenty of information about parties, how to get there by car or transport, shops, restaurants etc...at the top! Fabrice heard from us during the stay, which is always nice. The accommodation is as described, clean, pleasant and quiet. We recommend it without hesitating!! Thanks again to Fabrice and his Father for this warm welcome

Olivier is responsive to the slightest question. The apartment is well arranged. The shower is a little small. It is easy to park. We always manage to find a place in the street or nearby. The place is also quiet so the stay was pleasant.

We attended the 24 h Le Mans race and the location was perfect. A short walk to the red train and a direct shot to the track and stadium. The place is spotless and very comfortable. The hot tub worked perfectly. The host Chris spoke perfect English and was very responsive with any questions, we had no issues at all. Only a great time in Le Mans.
