The accommodation was very nice and suitable for a large family...The decoration - tastefully furnished - is warm , you feel welcomed there. The most was undoubtedly a kitchen ( and its utensils) suitable for as many people as possible... It happens very frequently when we rent a house and there are many of us, that the equipment offered on site is inadequate with the number of beds. Here it is not the case!!! Two weeks in paradise! Maison UMI is a dream. From the moment we arrived, we were struck by its beauty, charm, and tranquility. The house is immaculate. A perfect mix of rustic elegance and modern comfort. Every room is bright, tastefully decorated, and thoughtfully appointed, making it a peaceful place to unwind. The pool was a highlight. Pristine, sun soaked, and surrounded by idyllic countryside views. We spent hours floating and relaxing under the blue sky. In a huge secure garden which our mini dachshund enjoyed exploring safely. The location is superb: nestled in picturesque countryside, yet just a short drive from charming villages. With Shops and supermarkets also close by for anything you need. Our host, Sanouchka, was exceptional, warm, responsive, and incredibly thoughtful, making us feel more like guests in a friend’s home. Bonus delight: adorable geese at the end of the garden added a touch of whimsy. Maison UMI isn’t just a stay, it’s an unforgettable experience.

I highly recommend this accommodation located in a very beautiful environment and in harmony with nature that invites you to disconnect completely. The amenities are incredible, especially the pool, which is really the highlight. Déborah and Paul are extremely welcoming and warm. Thanks again.

Sylvie's cottage is peaceful and warm. The restoration of this old house is done with taste. The house is spacious and comfortable. The garden is pleasant, peaceful and populated with cats.

A place full of charm, surrounded by greenery and centuries-old trees. The views are beautiful and the environment peaceful. Special mention for the welcome: warm, discreet and very kind. Thank you Pascal for your welcome and all your attentions, the cake, the little surprises... we were really touched. I highly recommend this place and will return without hesitation!

The only small downside is the road not far from the house that disturbs the peace a little. Beautiful old house in the pretty countryside of Perche.

Magical stay in a little corner of heaven, Philippe took care of us. The accommodation is beautiful and the environment is very peaceful, it is a perfect place to get away for a few days! There are many activities nearby, very pleasant hikes in the area and pretty villages to visit. I highly recommend this reservation to lovers of calm and nature, but also to those who want to escape for a weekend 🌼

After a busy day at various Normandy Museums we were keen to chill, relax and get a good nights sleep ready for our road trip to Provence. This Airbnb definitely ticked all the boxes for us and it’s a place we want to revisit on our next road trip. Highly recommended.

Extremely pleasant stay at Antoine's. The house is really beautiful, and showcased in a charming way! The environment, full of greenery and picturesque houses, is very soothing. The house is very well equipped, the spaces are well thought out, everything was impeccable when we arrived. It will be a pleasure to come back!

We had a lovely stay at Muriel's house. The house is nice, with a rather well-equipped kitchen, and especially a beautiful garden, very pleasant to live in. Communication with Isabelle, who manages the accommodation for Muriel, was excellent: she was very responsive and helpful, intervening quickly to help us on a few small points (setting the temperature of the water heater, replenishing pellets for the dishwasher, lending tongs for the barbecue). Note, to be completely thorough: parking is under trees that ooze a lot of resin, which did not fail to cover the car... good for a wash at the end of the stay! But nothing serious. Finally, the nearby town of Sées is really worth a visit: a remarkable heritage for a town of 4,000 inhabitants. We were 5 adults and we all recommend this rental without hesitation!

Excellent stay in the chalet of Aurélien and Tanya, decorated with care. Its location on the heights of Saint-Cénéri-le-Gérei offers a beautiful panorama that we did not tire of, on the beautiful nature of the Alpes Mancelles both from the garden and from the different windows of the house. The renovation of the chalet is very qualitative. The Nordic bath is a plus and allowed us to have good moments of relaxation while admiring the landscape.

Excellent stay. Very functional accommodation and in line with the description. Annie and her husband welcomed us very well with our German shepherd. A change of scenery is guaranteed!

Great accommodation in the Perche! What a peaceful and secluded place, perfect for disconnecting for several days. The accommodation is very nice because it is very well equipped, you feel at home. Hugues has always been very responsive, friendly and flexible. Good location to keep!

Stunning property which has been beautifully and carefully restored. The house is gorgeously decorated and such a great place to stay. It has been renovated to a very high standard and feels so homely, a real treat to stay here! Cecile kindly left us a bottle of cider on arrival and a little water bowl and basket for our dog, so kind. Such a lovely location in beautiful countryside. Note the garden is not fenced for a dog to run free but lovely rural walks for our dog just a few steps from the property. The kitchen is extremely well stocked and has everything you need with some lovely extra touches such as ingredients for making vinaigrette salad dressing. Lovely fresh towels and a gorgeous big comfy bed. It was extremely hot outside but the barn stayed cool downstairs. Lovely sunset views over the cow fields behind the barn from the terrace. Great bakery/croissants in local town of Chailloue. We stayed for 1 night on our way up France with our dog and it was prefect- thank you.

Thomas gave us our privacy from the word go, in this beautiful cottage. He made sure to check with us everything was ok when we arrived and during our stay. The area is exactly as it was described, beautiful French countryside for a quiet week away. The cottage was lovely and clean, even a surprise bottle of local apple juice for us! Plenty to keep us occupied in the cottage (books, games etc) and it was a great area to stay having walks and towns nearby. Would highly recommend a visit!

A beautiful place in a modern village. Butcher, bakery, convenience store, pharmacy, all 100 meters from the rental. Quiet and relaxing setting. I highly recommend. Nathalie, discreet, is available if needed!
