Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Alençon

It's a really atypical and very charming house... We felt so good, it was a shame the stay was so short. The hosts are very friendly. We really enjoyed the waterfront terrace. For lovers of nature and rivers, then I recommend 👍

Thomas gave us our privacy from the word go, in this beautiful cottage. He made sure to check with us everything was ok when we arrived and during our stay. The area is exactly as it was described, beautiful French countryside for a quiet week away. The cottage was lovely and clean, even a surprise bottle of local apple juice for us! Plenty to keep us occupied in the cottage (books, games etc) and it was a great area to stay having walks and towns nearby. Would highly recommend a visit!

A great weekend in a place full of charm, whether it's the cottage, the hikes in the forest where we went on foot or the villages recommended by Élise and Sylvain. we'll be happy to go back!

My husband, me, our toddler and our labradors had a fantastic stay at Manon. Everything was very clean and tidy on arrival. The atmosphere inside and outside the house is very nice and serene, it made us feel comfortable and at peace. The yard was amazing for our dogs, they had the best time roaming around and playing fetch. It was easy to communicate with Manon. The small town of Beaumont is just a 6 minute drive and has all facilities you need. Definitely a place we would like to return to in the future!

Very good extended weekend with the family in Aurélie and Sylvain's house. House in the countryside with a very beautiful view. Everything is done to make you feel good and to please children and adults: slide, ping-pong table, foosball, badminton court and petanque on a very large grassy field! Everyone enjoyed it ;-) Spacious house, very nice to have each bedroom equipped with a bathroom and toilet. Lots of things to do in the surroundings: visit the characterful city of Saint Ceneri le Gerei, Saint Léonard du Bois, the pearl pond in Averton and 600 m away: visit a dairy farm with milking! Evelyn and Alain are great hosts. The house had a lot of history. Beautiful outdoor with a nice pool and barbecue setup. Lots of things to do for everyone in the family. Very well stocked.

Very nice house perfect for my birthday with your family or friends. We were 23 and managed to stay in the mansion using the large dorm rooms for children or entire family. Very large living spaces to be all together on the ground floor of the mansion, in the living room, the dining room with its beautiful table or the veranda and a dining area on the barbecue side very nice when the weather is nice. All the amenities are there to have a very nice stay from the kitchen to the hi-fi, to the leisure. Rooms are very comfortable and nicely decorated and the associated bathrooms are very nice.

A true haven of peace! We had a wonderful stay in this charming house. The garden is a real gem: sunny from morning to night, perfectly maintained, ideal for relaxing or sharing a meal in the open air. The interior is just as pleasant, well-equipped and tastefully decorated. Hosts are thoughtful and available. A place we highly recommend and where we'll be happy to come back!

It's a beautiful house with a spotless host. Located in nature and very quiet. We can see deer in the garden. A few things to improve though: umbrella to change, two screws around the pool to be screwed back in full and replace some boards on the pool deck
