You can enjoy the resorts of La Clusaz and Grand-Bornand 20 km away, Lake Annecy 9 km away, and Thônes with its market 9 km away. Mountain hiking, walking and mountain biking on site. Playground, sports complex 1 km away (Bcp+ in my travel guide below). Induction cooktop, dishwasher, EV outlet, equipped garden, shelters, deckchair. Check-in at 4pm on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.

C’est situé sur la célèbre place Saint-Maurice : les plus beaux lieux, au dessus des canaux, au plus près des monuments historiques de la ville. Un appartement entièrement refait à neuf en début d’année 2024 : tout équipé, très qualitatif, et confortable. C’est un appartement qui conviendra parfaitement pour un couple, une famille, ou même pour une petite bande d’amis.

Évalué gîte de tourisme 4* en 2024 **** Ambiance glamour face à la montagne : suite parentale, sauna, baignoire 2 personnes, immense douche à l'italienne... En rez-de-jardin d'un chalet à 15mn du domaine skiable de Manigod (liaison skiable La Clusaz), et 25mn d'Annecy. Le propriétaire vit dans le chalet au dessus mais le gîte est totalement indépendant et sans espaces communs ni avec d'autres locataires, ni avec les hôtes. Parking 2 voitures. Possibilité option ménage à régler sur place : 30€.

An entire garden-level floor of the chalet, offering breathtaking views of the Aravis mountain range. Located between Manigod village and the ski resort, just a 5-min drive from both. Set in a very quiet alpine environment, the chalet has no nearby neighbors. Independent entrance, private terrace, one bedroom with a queen-size bed, a sofa bed in the living area, and a fully equipped kitchen. The chalet is officially rated 4★. An ideal place to unwind and enjoy the mountains in every season.

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish 3* furnished apartment located in Menthon Saint Bernard. It is bright and is located on the top floor of our house with a separate entrance. The apartment will enchant you with its privacy and comfort. Not overlooked, the house is at the end of a cul-de-sac. Not suitable for children. In summer and winter, you can enjoy many outdoor activities. There's plenty to do in the way of culture. Not accessible for people with limited mobility.

We are renting a large 32 m2 studio with independent entrance on the ground floor of our chalet. You have an unobstructed view of the mountains and enjoy peace and quiet. A large paved courtyard is available to park your vehicle (essential) and to install the garden furniture and barbecue in the summer. The land is not fenced. The ski resorts are about 20 minutes away and the beaches of Lake Annecy are a 10-minute drive away. Geneva Airport is 55 km away.

Petit chalet indépendant et cosy, niché entre le lac d'Annecy et les sommets des Aravis. Orienté sud, il bénéficie d'une belle lumière et d'une terrasse en bois pour profiter de la vue paisible sur les dents de Lanfon. Idéal pour un couple, ce petit nid douillet est parfait pour des vacances tout autant sportives que reposantes, à deux pas des commodités. Bien que situé à côté de notre maison, le gîte est entièrement indépendant et intime.
