You can enjoy the resorts of La Clusaz and Grand-Bornand 20 km away, Lake Annecy 9 km away, and Thônes with its market 9 km away. Mountain hiking, walking and mountain biking on site. Playground, sports complex 1 km away (Bcp+ in my travel guide below). Induction cooktop, dishwasher, EV outlet, equipped garden, shelters, deckchair. Check-in at 4pm on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.

Our apartment in the heart of the village of Alex is perfect for visiting the Annecy area. It is conveniently located between Lake Annecy (6 min) and the ski resorts of Grand Bornand, La Clusaz (20 min) Starting from many hiking and cycling trails and a stone's throw from renowned paragliding sites, Alex is a charming village. The apartment faces east, it is attached to our house but the entrance is completely independent. //Currently the farm opposite is under renovation// Welcome!

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish 3* furnished apartment located in Menthon Saint Bernard. It is bright and is located on the top floor of our house with a separate entrance. The apartment will enchant you with its privacy and comfort. Not overlooked, the house is at the end of a cul-de-sac. Not suitable for children. In summer and winter, you can enjoy many outdoor activities. There's plenty to do in the way of culture. Not accessible for people with limited mobility.

Located at the end of a cul-de-sac with three houses, including our own, Dream Catcher is designed for 2 people ( not suitable for children and babies ) Access is easy in summer - in winter the path is cleared of snow by us (snow equipment obligatory). Apartment in chalet at the foot of the mountains, on the east bank of Lake ANNECY, ideally located in a very quiet area, magnificent view of the castle of Menthon St Bernard and the lake. Close to the ski resorts: La Clusaz, Le Grand Bornand and the Aravis massif for winter sports and summer for beautiful hikes. Also close to the lake with its water activities. Annecy is 15 minutes away, bus station nearby. South-facing for relaxing moments on the terrace.

The location is ideal for visiting the Lake Annecy area and its mountains. Sports or relaxing holidays... It's up to you! The chalet is located next to our main house while being totally independent.

Savoyard house between lake and mountains

You are welcome in my Savoyard house located between Lake Annecy (5 min) and the mountains, the Aravis ski resorts (30 min). Guests can cool off in the pool and use the barbecue. Magnificent views of the mountains! My house is ideally located for water sports and winter sports, for hiking, cycling, but also for relaxing and admiring the beautiful Savoyard landscapes.
