Our apartment in the heart of the village of Alex is perfect for visiting the Annecy area. It is conveniently located between Lake Annecy (6 min) and the ski resorts of Grand Bornand, La Clusaz (20 min) Starting from many hiking and cycling trails and a stone's throw from renowned paragliding sites, Alex is a charming village. Notre chalet orienté sud ouest est situé au chef lieu de notre charmant petit village de Dingy St Clair. Il est totalement indépendant avec son jardin, sa terrasse et son parking privatif. Il peut accueillir jusqu'à 3 voyageurs (1 lit deux places et 1 canapé convertible). Un hamac vient compléter l'aménagement pour un moment de détente. In beautiful villa very close to the lake and ultra residential area: comfortable and beautiful studio of 24 m2 totally independent with entrance and secure private parking, (no space shared with the owner), access to pool prohibited, kitchen, shower toilet sink, TV, wifi. On foot: lake, mountain, beach, village, restaurants, bike rental. Annecy 10 minutes by car. Beautiful mountain view and castle Menthon saint Bernard. Happiness guaranteed with everything at hand.

The Chalet de la Fressine (75 m2 and 2 large terraces) welcomes you between Lake and Mountains, 10 km from Annecy and 20 km from Stations des Aravis, in a rural setting conducive to relaxation! Very well located, in the heart of many activities, hikes, biking, paragliding, outdoor walks, ideal for a family vacation! 3 minutes from the city of Menthon for all local shops, 60 km from Geneva/Switzerland (international airport) and 160 km from Lyon.

85 m² apartment + pool + spa + sauna + lake view

Come and enjoy a beautiful view of Lake Aiguebelette. Guests can enjoy the swimming pool or hot tub as well as the outdoor wood-fired sauna and terraces. The accommodation, close to Exit 12 of A43. We are 49 minutes to 1 hour from the ski resorts. This rental is only for 2 adults, no children. We also have another rental on the property for 2 people with its private spa and lake view, it is a small house, it is also on airbnb.

The location is ideal for visiting the Lake Annecy area and its mountains. Sports or relaxing holidays... It's up to you! The chalet is located next to our main house while being totally independent.

You are welcome in my Savoyard house located between Lake Annecy (5 min) and the mountains, the Aravis ski resorts (30 min). Guests can cool off in the pool and use the barbecue. Magnificent views of the mountains! My house is ideally located for water sports and winter sports, for hiking, cycling, but also for relaxing and admiring the beautiful Savoyard landscapes.
