Welcome to our home, our main residence that we rent out during the holidays. House (10 pers) full of charm recently renovated, with cozy chalet (2 pers) in the garden rented together in July/August only. Located in Col de Bluffy, the house is 7 minutes from the lake and 30 minutes from the Aravis ski resorts. Bus (line Y62). Large outdoor garden of 1800 m2 with ping pong table, petanque court and barbecue. 4x8m swimming pool, secured by a roller shutter.
